I have paid for years for this service because my son is no longer on my employer insurance. He is realatively healthy. Today, he has strep throat. He's had this last year and this year. The app took him through the virtual checklist. He waited about an hour to talk to a "clinician". They went through the checklist questions then came up with the idea it is a viral upper respiratory. Virus means they don't have to prescribe antibiotics (cheap medications) but prescribed Atrovent, medication which opens up the medium and large airways in the lungs. It is used to treat the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. What is that? He asked for a note to be ascent from his adult life program (special needs) they suggested copy and pasting the chat. They can't stand by their work well enough to write a sick note.

I wish I could give the zero starts. I will be making videos with my conversations with these people so others are warned. Stay far away.

Do not use this service...was told my sinus and ear infection was viral and not an infection. Funny how the "virus" worsened over 5 days instead of weakening. Had a 2nd consult and basically told to continue same treatment of decongestant that clearly isn't working. They do not listen to their patients. We know our bodies better than they do and if something isn't clearing up after 5 days of treatment they advised, then something more is wrong than a simple virus. Thieves that steal your $35. Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor.

Omg, this was awful. The most irrelevant questions. I think they have limited prescriptive ability and just drag stuff out so ppl will get frustrated and quit. Don't waste your money!!!

After paying my $35 and filling my patient information, they decided not to treat my UTI because I take enbrel which is an auto immune supresser so they couldn’t prescribe antibiotics. Why? They knew this info prior to seeing me as well as my symptoms so why accept to see me and steal my $35 when they knew they couldn’t prescribe anything! 😡😡😡😡😡 scammers!!!!

Time Waster and Money Waste. They only direct you toward QUEST walk in clinic. Nothing else, except charging you $35.

I am certain I have an upper respiratory infection. Was told by the provider (a sports medicine doctor of all things) that there are no antibiotics that treat upper respiratory infections. I've taken amoxicillin, augmentin, and Z-pack before for them. Very disappointed! Will not use this site again.
