I've only had it for a week but this keyboard seems to be of great quality. Also, the company has responded to my questions very promptly.

I bought a Keychron V5 Ultra 8K wireless keyboard with banana switches. So far I really love the product. The typing experience is great, the VIA is great for remapping keys/setting backlight and the battery life is very good. The only thing that I don't like is that the characters on the keycaps are not transparent, so the backlight doesn't illuminate those. But I knew that before buying and it's easily fixed by installing a different set of keycaps.

I’ve bought a (as it turned out) faulty keyboard, which is frustrating. It was purchased through a third party site, still it was a Keychron keyboard. The customer support on the other hand was amazing. Kind and helpful towards the customer. Loved it!

Easy to order, great customer support and absolutely amazing keyboard. I got the k4 qmk and am seriously impressed by the quality and build of the keyboard. I will be buying a second one for my wife as it greatly outperforms my 200€ razer keyboard at half the price . A+

there was not a single day when this keyboard worked as real keyboard. double clicks, or ignoring first key tap. all the time. stay away from keychron brand

Keychron was very helpful with the problem I had with my keyboard. Their customer service was amazing, and they were very professional. They made it easy to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem before working with me towards a solution to get the keyboard fixed. That aside, this keyboard is the best, highest-quality keyboard I have ever used in my life. The typing experience on it is second to none with any of the other big name players in the market. Highly recommend

The customer service was really good, at first the keyboard that I ordered was defective but they helped me out on how to sent it back and I was able to get the replacement.
