I had a really great experience with Keychron support. The support team handled everything very smoothly, confirmed the issue from the photos, and arranged the replacement parts without any unnecessary back and forth. What impressed me even more was that I also asked whether I could purchase a few individual black low-profile keycaps for my K1 Max. Instead of simply saying that individual keycaps are not sold separately, the consultant actually checked spare-parts availability across different Keychron models and managed to prepare exactly the keycaps I needed. Everything was explained clearly, communication was friendly and helpful. This is exactly the kind of customer support that makes me want to keep buying from a brand. Thank you so much!

Keyboard as amazing as their customer support 😁

I ordered a Keychron K5 Ultra from Keychron.com since it wasn't available in Europe yet. Because I liked it so much, I ordered another one. Unfortunately upon arrival it was soon clear that the volume knob didn't work. When I e-mailed Keychron support with my issue, I got swift response, in which I was asked to make photo and video of the issue. Since I had another one, I made pictures and videos of both keyboards with both volume knobs which made clear the knob/cap on the second keyboard wasn't working. Again after a short time, I got a message that a replacement was sent. I just got it and it's working well, so I'm a happy customer. The keyboard itself is very good; I really like the typing experience, and overall build quality feels excellent. I hope both keyboards can be used for years onwards.

The customer service was top notch. Lynne was helpful and understanding of my problem. My warranty ended the day after I opened my ticket, and would remind me that they noted down my warranty date so if the ticket extended beyond that point, they'd still honor it. They reminded me of this in every reply without me asking. I've never experienced service like this before

Keychron's support team immediately understood my issue, were good-humored in their communication, and gracious in the solution they offered. I really appreciate their help, and look forward to speaking with them again in hopefully several years when I again accidentally spill water into my keyboard!

Pretty quality keyboards for a reasonable price, and the customer support is honestly excellent. I personally got the model C3 Pro (red switches), and its pretty well made, comfortable to use and looks nice.

Keychron, especially the customer representative, Lynne facilitated an easy address to my concern. The concern was for a K2 HE SE White with water-damaged components. My specific product was bought late in 2025, around December, and the issue arose around May. I found out about the issue after returning home from an overseas trip. Lynne informed me that the warranty does not cover water damage, but they (Keychron) would send over the parts, so long as I pay only the delivery fee. So this has been very helpful and reassuring, as the keyboard is something others would consider pricey as it is above $100. It has been delivered for some time now, I've yet to actually open and get the keyboard running, but I am of confidence that it will be good as new. So, I greatly appreciate it, and thank you!
