awful technical support. will ignore troubleshooting steps you conducted and communicated, and ask you to repeat the same process (with a 3-5 day delay between emails). firmware flashing software for certain models is gatekept behind their support team for some reason. perhaps locked behind warranty. this suggests that a sudden firmware issue will brick your keyboard if you don't have warranty

Great service. They are very polite and empathic. My ceramic keyboard got issue with one key pressed. They assured me they replace the pcb but I have to wait 45 days because they don't have it now. They are responding to every email with very nice tone. Daisy is great. They keyboards are superb with insane finger balancing. They offered me discount and fund return when i would send back the faulty keyboard to them.

Keychron keyboards offer some of the best value in the industry. I've owned three of their products personally, used each extensively, and I'm impressed with each and would suggest the brand to anyone. Their customer service even refunded the sale price difference when a sale was launched two days after my purchase from their website when I emailed them about my frustration.

I had a question about my new keyboard and I received an email the same day giving me a step-by-step of what to do. It worked and I ended up asking a couple more things that were on my mind and I got another reply within the hour. I really like the keyboard I got, the keys feel really milky to press, really silky its nice. I got the V6 Max with red keys. There are extra keycaps that come in the box and one of them was to swap out the red ESC key for one that matched the rest of the keycaps so I did that because I preferred it not red.

I have 2 keyboards that have died all the suden . I tried all what I was told to do. How frustrating. Such an expensive keyboard. Attempting to makethem work has been more expensive than just trow them away ( value of my time )
