I ordered a K5 Max (low profile, full size), with brown switches. This is a great mechanical keyboard. The delay to receive it was quite long (more than a week) but that was less than announced on their web site, and delivery was not that expensive.

Keys failed after a year of use. Not worth. Practically no firmware/software updates or support. I had a Keychron K6

There is a reason why many people suggests buying their keyboard. I would say that their keyboard has become the standard of mechanical keyboards and it has been so lovely to use ever since I got it.

I have no issues with the keyboard at all. Everything works as expected. The reason why I'm giving it three stars is the shocking low tier quality of their customer service. Ordered my keyboard on January 4th, and the "muchacos" forgot to send it until 09th January until I contacted them via customer service. The keyboard arrived 10 days later which is advertised on the website and I'm okay with that. It is oblivious that all the keyboards are coming from China and not EU warehouses as advertised on their website which is a blatant lie. All the replies they have sent to me were from Google Translate. Hopefully, I wont have any issues since I highly doubt I'll ever get a replacement. Be careful with them and only pay with Pay Pal. All in all, great keyboard in the range of 100 EUR, but the dude are incompetent in regards of one of the worst customer services and delivering the already paid product

Was looking here because they seemed to be the only place that sells an ISO fullsize aluminium hotswap keyboard, did read the reviews first so was a little hesitant, and I had a small issue with the keyboard where one of the switches didn't register all the time, they immediately sent out a replacement part that was with me in 2 weeks so happy overall.

I have never purchased a product that caused me as much frustration as their keyboard. I own more electronic devices than I can count and this is the single worst piece of garbage I own, I don't even have the heart to resell it to someone else. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

I have the Keychron keyboard - A few things I want to highlight 1- return is not available (you cannot return the product once you paid for it ) 2 - its software(Bluetooth) is worse - it won't work properly 3- the battery in the starting you get 1 week but later on 3 to 4 hr only(i have been using it for 6 months)

Keyboard command key snapped off within five weeks of use..... shocking build quality. Customer service directed me to amazon who they say they only have a 30 day return policy.... I work on excel its not exactly aggressive typing....
