Ordered a mouse and pad 12 days ago. Shipped to various places in Hong Kong and still in Hong Kong. From the UK by the way. I have no idea what the product is like and at this rate I might be able to tell you in the year 2027. Sadly, I do not recommend at all. In fact i advise you to steer clear altogether. It's not worth the hassle.

Habe eine Q5 Pro im Onlineshop zum Angebotspreis gekauft. Eine Woche später bekomme ich eine Mail das diese Tastatur ausverkauft sei. Der Support war super unfreundlich und vor allem hat die Firma Null Kulanz. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung oder ein Angebot zu einem ähnlichen Preis. Auf Nachfrage wann denn der Restock kommen würde wurde nur mit einem "Discontinued" geantwortet. Zudem kam der Tipp vom Support doch einfach die 80€ teurere Q5 Max zu kaufen. Falls ich einen Rabattcode haben möchte könne ich ja deren "Lade einen Freund ein und bekomme 10% Rabatt" benutzen. Finger weg von Keychron!

They pretend to be a company from Germany, but are in fact dropshippers from China. Don't buy from them, scam company.

I have heard a lot of bad about Keychron support, and I for a really long time tried to find a local reseller of a keyboard I wanted without success. So during a sale I made an order directly from Keycrhon. The product was great, except for two of the keys that were a bit scratched up. I contacted Keychron and sent a photo, and no questions asked, they shipped replacement keys within a few days. Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was good, and I love the product.

Espantosa experiencia y espantosa empresa, (ya se que esta review no va aqui sino en la pagina española pero como es la "misma" empresa lo pongo aqui tambien.) no os recomiendo mirar opiniones ni review en you tuve ya que como prácticamente todo el mundo esta comprado para dar buena opinión de la empresa o sus productos y es mentira, ahora os contare mi versión. Mi versión es simple, consigo un cupón de 12€ de descuento voy a pagar un teclado de 85€ y me cobran 10 de gastos de envió me da igual y me dispongo a pagar, el cupón (ya aplicado) se me quita y me dice que no se puede en el articulo seleccionado... me comunico con el soporte (esta en ee.uu y tardan 1 día en responder) me dice que la oferta del teclado a pesar de dejarme aplicarla solo esta disponible en la versión del teclado US... me da igual y pago los 95,80€, me llega el teclado después de mucha mucha espera ya que solo te permite el envió estándar y llega mal... hablo con el soporte y me dice que no me permiten un reemplazo ya que no se responsabilizan del daño en el reparto (esto no es legal)... paso de discutir y hago una devolución a la que porciento me costo mucho hacer, me cobran 10€ de envió y no me devuelven los gastos de mi pedido, con lo cual me reembolsan 85€ del teclado... en resumen preferiblemente comprar en amazon y no en weps oficiales y si algo esta mal por miliiiiiiiisimo que sea, devolución y ale, y encima te tarda 1 día en llegar. (aunque tampoco recomiendo amazon, pero eso ya es otra historia.)

War etwas erschrocken nachdem ich diese Bewertungen gesehen habe, und gerade zuvor die Tastatur bestellt habe. Also zum Produkt selbst gibt es genug Tests, Bewertungen etc. Also man kann sich ja vor dem Kauf vernünftig informieren. Ansonsten mit der Lieferung über Keychron.de bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung hat etwas über 2 Wochen gedauert. Ein mal hat es etwas gestockt - keychron support kontaktiert - innerhalb von 24 Stunden kam eine Antwort. Geschrieben habe ich tatsächlich auf Englisch. Habe eine K13 Pro bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden - ich habe das bekommen, wofür ich mich nach langer Recherche entschieden habe

I've been using a Keychron keyboard and mouse for a while now, and they've been fantastic. The build quality is great, and everything works flawlessly. I did have a small issue with a cable, but their customer support was really helpful and sent a replacement quickly. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted, but they were on top of it and made sure everything was right. Overall, I'm really happy with the products and the service. Highly recommend Keychron!

I downright hate my K4. There's something about how they positioned the keys that make miskeys VERY common. Never been an issue for me in the past. I had to remove the Num Lock key completely because it would keep getting pressed by accident and changing how the number pad works. Customer service doesn't exist, it's community supported (at best). I'll never waste my money like this again. Redditors are dumbasses.
