PLEASE DO NOT BUY WARRANTIES ITS A SCAM !!!! Worse customer service experience ever RONDA A refused to give me information to file a complaint about service … I have bought 10’s of thousands of dollars from rings , necklaces, bracelets… bought best warranty and have been loyal bringing it in every 6 months for 11 years and because their workers didn’t put it in the computer, I’m being denied repair service. And was told imma be charged as well … let’s just say they have officially lost me as a customer and I will inform everyone I know the same thing!

The girls in the store were very helpful and sweet when we asked for an appraisal! They gave us a wonderful appraisal, and were very generous with their time! I go back today to have the ring sized!

Ordered a wedding band which was supposed to be delivered to the store May 26th, got an email saying it will be June 8th now. A two week delay on a simple wedding band and nothing more than a delivery update email.

My husband purchased a Leo engagement and enhancer from Kays back in 2022. I have had diamonds after diamonds fall out. And the frustrating part is that I have had to drop off and leave my ring for weeks at a time. At least 4-5 times this has happened and I am left without my ring for long periods of time. I have never in my life had a ring lose diamonds the way that these rings do. I take it in every 6 months to get the diamonds checked and yet this still happens. For the amount of money that was spent on these rings we are very unhappy with it. I think we spent at least $5000 for both rings.

Online supervisor Mike W in chat was to inept or was intentionally ignoring request that had a simple answer which he was unable or unwilling to provide. Had to later lie about my identity to get the answer from a lower level agent because Mike was actively blocking any attempt I made at communicating with the company intentionally causing immense emotional distress. Mike W intentionally ruined my wedding.

We Baught a Ring,2,000 with Insurance it was over 2,300. Paid for 3 or 4 months at 200 a months,then paid in Full feburary 2nd with 1,800 paid. Manager (Justin) said All Paid off. Now Im getting Calls from there Bank Comenity saying I owe over 700 in late charges. Called them,Raised my voice now Blocked from calling them. Called Kays,they said there might have been a differed interest. No Bills sent,just now getting calls saying I owe over 700 dollars. Kays and Comenity Bank are a Scam,Please Do Not Buy From Kays! Im a Senior and Dont have the Money. The "Manager"justin doesn't work there anymore. Im trying to Boycot and carry a Sign to warn others,Never have i been treated this way. Please Do Not Buy Anything from Kays,Its Rigged. Dont let what happened to me happen to you. Kays,River Valley Mall Eugene. SCAM
