I bought a necklace and ended up finding a different one at another jewelry store. Well I returned my necklace to Kay only to find out I have to wait 10 days to get a refund because they couldn’t do it in the store. I have waited a month now. No Money! I am pissed and called to ensure my check was sent. They only had the date of the check, not my address or anything else. Ridiculous customer service and jewelry!!!!

I was shopping in a Kay jewelers for a bracket up to $300 I was instantly mocked and degraded by the employee because of my age (I was 13 at the time) he said things like “you don’t want this it’s girly” or how I would never be able to afford the more expensive items such as a $20,000 bracelet he flashed them in my face I left embarrassed never ended up buying any thing or coming back

I recently purchased this Heart with my four grandkids names engraved. It looked really nice when i ordered it. It looked like it was the size if a quarter and the names I entered to be engraved were clearly legible. When i received this 3 weeks later on Christmas eve, i opened it and was very disappointed and upset. The heart with the four names on it was so small, you cant even read the names without a magnify glass. The heart with the engraving is less then 1/2 inch wide. When you order it, they show a picture that makes it look at least 3 times larger. I would return this but return policy states no returns if item is engraved. There was also no size on the page I ordered from so i just assumed it would be a good size so you could at least read the names on it. I will never purchase anything from Kays again without seeing it first.

If i could give it -100 stars I would, this is the worse place to order from. No one seems to care that I placed an order and OAID for a ring A MONTH AGO! And I have no RING STILl! & no refund and no resolution. Would never recommend them.

Ordered online and I received my order and everything was absolutely fine. I would highly recommend kay.com for your jewelry purchase. Was worried about all the negative reviews but I had a great experience with kay from ordering to shipping and beyond when ups left the package three doors down at my neighbors house...luckily I went on a treasure hunt after ups said it was delivered and found it.. But even when I called Kay thinking it was not delivered. They were absolutely nothing but understanding and apologetic and I am strongly recommending kay..my experience (other than UPS) was fantastic!!

Loved the product,quality,reasonable rates,customer service specially at Fair Oaks Mall. Always look forward to see the jewelry.

I chose Kay’s for my ring cause I thought their customer services was good. I was tricked. To get my ring resized it took almost two months! A month past the due date. They did not apologize or do anything about it. It ruined my engagement pics. I had to reschedule and get them done in a month, I did not want. The waiting list for pics was so bad I have to go somewhere else now. We also had issues with them ordering rings, for us to see them. They never ordered them! We waited months and waisted time. I would not chose Kay’s to buy your ring. If I could do it over, I wouldn’t shop here. I would go somewhere else.

wife purchased a band for our anniversary and 1 year later a diamond fell out took it back to store had it repaired. Three years later another diamond has fallen out this time they wouldn't repair it so I will take it to another jeweler that is not kay and have it repaired . DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THEM THEY'RE PRICES ARE TO HIGH FOR A CHEAP PRODUCT
