I had a gold rope chain I bought in 2018 and bought the insurance with it. The manager at the store he and I always had a good rapport so I thought. The clasp broke I had to send it off to be repaired when it came back they opened the shipping bag and it was in some kind of oil. They cleaned it and I went on my way. Couple days later it started turning colors and looked Rusty I took it back about a week later they sent it off to be cleaned got it back happened again. Now they started blaming me and telling me it’s from my diet my PH levels are off it’s my cologne all the while I’m telling them I had this chain for 4 years and it happened only after I got it back from the oil. The lady assistant manager tried to belittle me in front of my wife and son telling me it’s me and my PH is doing it. So it turned again for the 4th time and I took it to another store and spoke with the manager he was awesome told me it wasn’t my fault and he cleaned it and told me to let him know if it happened again and he’d send it off to a different place to get it cleaned. They also gave me a cleaning cloth. I was fed up so I stopped wearing the necklace even not wearing the necklace it turned black. So I called back to the store I purchased spoke to the manager and he sarcastically told me to bring it up there so he can wear it for a week and see if it turns. Feeling disrespected and made to feel like I was crazy I waited for about a month before my wife made me take it for principle. Upon taking it he called me in two days and said yeah you were right it turned colors and I’m going to exchange it so I asked him so I’m not crazy huh? He responds no we thought you were though. No apology no acknowledgment from anyone

VICTORIA is the manager at the store located on 34th street in Manhattan New York is racist and doesn’t know how to resolve conflict. I brought a necklace for repair and dropped it off at 34th street New York location after a month of dropping off my jewelry I had to contact the store to do a follow up on my necklace and I was told it’s there and ready for pickup. I ask a question why wasn’t I informed I got a response check your spam mail. I replied I did and I didn’t see it in my emails. Anyway I went to pick up the jewelry and it couldn’t go around my neck. The chain was for a little girl like my chain had been switched. Only the clasp was broken and I brought it to be repaired and cleaned and stones checked. I waited to speak with VICTORIA and when she approached me she came with a negative tone saying that’s what I dropped off to be cleaned and repaired. I know I dropped off a 20 inch necklace that I had purchased for me and not for a little girl. Victoria proceed to contact the claims department and till today I haven’t heard anything from the claims department and VICTORIA will not come to the phone there is always an excuse of her busy or she will come to the phone say hello, once I say my name she will put the phone down and walk away and another associate will come about five minutes later and pick up the phone and tell me she’s busy. I am tired, I just want back the necklace I sent for repaired and cleaned and stones inspected a 20 inch necklace. I left whatever jewelry Victoria was given back to me as the jewelry I sent for repair at the store on 34th street in Manhattan New York. That wasn’t the jewelry I dropped off.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU! to Keith from the Kay Jewelers in Lexington, KY. Keith took the design I pictured in my head and made my Mickey Mouse diamond stud nose ring. I cannot wait until Christmas when I can put it in, my nose will be healed by then. Keith is an AWESOME asset to Kay Jewelers! :)

Kays website is absolute dog crap, hundreds of thousands of dollars profited from them yearly and they can't create a up to date website that actually keeps track of stock.. (not even mentioning how lousy the website is itself with the freezing and screen jumping issues) I had ordered 3 rings back to back, each and every one 'not in stock your order is canceled' from a NO REPLY email.... Like you lazy sorry people ?! I do not want or need assistance nor do I want to call someone who will be NO help to me what so over. Like what are they gonna see my screen and tell me what is and isn't In stock ? I'm heading over to your competitors website right now and if I get to order the ring I want right away, I will never ever ever shop with kay online EVER again.

I do not like going into stores to shop because of the way that I have often been treated. However, that changed when I walked into the SouthPark Kay Jewelers store. If I am not greeted within the first 30 seconds I will turn around and leave a store, which I have done PLENTY of times, but not at their store. I was acknowledged the moment I walked in. Even those helping others acknowledged me. I was helped right away!! All of my questions were answered. I had amazing conversations with Nathan and Samuel. My experience was so great that I now drive the 22 miles (passing another mall) to get to SouthPark mall. Another great experience was when Andrea and Amanda assisted my 2 sisters and I. We prefer when we don't feel pressured to buy anything. Not once has Nathan, Samuel, Andrea or Amanda made my sisters and I feel uncomfortable when not purchasing. Thanks to Nathan I now have my own Kay's credit card. He has educated me on LeVian, which is my next purchase. I am grateful for that staffs well training, but I am truly grateful for whoever hired them because they definitely have themselves a winning team!

We purchased a diamond necklace and earrings as a graduation gift for our daughter. This was our first time shopping at Kay's (and will be the last after our experience with them). Our daughter did not care for the necklace/earrings, so we attempted to return them for a store credit. We missed the 90-day exchange policy by three days. They refused to give us a store credit. I recommend shopping at Costco or Sam's Club who have a generous return policy, higher quality and better prices.

I normally don’t do this, but something has to be done, and I would appreciate it if everybody shared my posts I’ve been working for Kay jewelers for a year now, and was terminated because I was being harassed and bullied by my manager. I put in several complaints, even went above her to talk to her boss to be relocated because I love my job and didn’t wanna lose my job. Nobody has gotten back to me so I took it upon myself to write it on kayjewelers.com and as soon as I write it on kayjewelers.com I got an email saying I was terminated. Not even a phone call Nobody deserves to work in an environment where they’re getting bullied and harassed by their manager. I have no choice but to come on social network for my voice to be heard. Please share the location is Kay jewelers in Shirley New York. It’s not right at all… also not getting breaks but them still taking it out of my check ….. been doing it the day I started… nobody should have anxiety attacks about going to work
