My backpack is lovely! The material is great the colours are beautiful and it is even more cute than in the pictures. The package arrived pretty soon considering that I live in Brazil, across the ocean. The quality is amazing and I would highly recommend kawaii pen shop to everyone!

I ordered two sets of stickers and they are so cute! Better quality than I was expecting for such a low price and free shipping. I got them in two separate orders back to back, did take a while to come but it was worth the wait.

Poor quality and slow shipping! I bought from Kawaii Pen Shop a month ago and I really wish I had researched the shop more before I bought from them. A lot of their products are products you can easily find on Taobao or Aliexpress but the prices are marked up and the order processing and shipping is SLOW. This company sucks, they reprice their items so high and the shipping takes so long. not to mention they dont even ship the items together. I'm still waiting for over half of my order from Kawaii Pen Shop. I would strongly recommend you just skip the middleman and shop directly from Aliexpress - it's cheaper, faster and IT'S THE SAME PRODUCTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOp

Website looks good and I ordered some pens, stickers and washi tape. Delivery takes way too long. So far the pens got delivered a month after order, and the stickers, 2 months after. Still waiting on tapes.

I bought a few stickers, some of the washi tape, and a pack of highlighters!! The stickers are amazing, a few friends saw them and are planning to buy some. The tape is a little skinnier than I expected but it fits perfectly for my planner lines. Its smaller than I planned but works for my planner so I can't complain. If there were big I'd have trouble to be honest. The highlighters are designed very cutely. I love the colors too! Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there's no tracking information. It's not a bad thing, I mean shipping was covered, but I guess I've become very accustomed to being able to track things I order online >.< so that's the only reason.

Hard to find products at affordable prices! It’s been difficult for me when it came to finding sailor moon stationery. Even when I did find ones I wanted, there would always be that ridiculous shipping and handling fee that cost twice the amount of the product. Kawaii Pen Shop had exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, fast shipping and affordable! This is definitely my go to for all my stationery needs!

Everything went great with my purchase - I bought a gel ink pen and a PuniLabo Stand Pen Case. Both products are in perfect shape and condition, and look just like advertised. Another great fact is the free worldwide shipping; I'm from Portugal and the delivery took only 15-20 days to arrive from Japan. This confirms that the information given on the website is consistent. I am certainly buying from Kawaii Pen shop again!!
