I've ordered from this store 5 times and I've been beyond satisfied with everything I received. The products are incredibly cute and everything is of good quality. They ship parts of your order separately but I also received everything in one package for one of my purchases. The shipping takes anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. I understand this might be too long for some people but if you don't mind waiting I think that it's really worth it. The shipping is completely free so I understand it takes some time. I also like their customer support. They are really much better than many other online stores I ordered from - they usually respond within a day and they're really nice.

the pens i got are really cute and write VERY well. i am very satisfied! though the shipping took quite a bit, (ordered jan 15, received feb 14) its really worth it!

I think this website has a lot of cuteness products to choose from and I was happy with my purchase as all items came as described. However, in total my items took 30 days to ship, came in multiple small packages, and I was given no tracking info which was inconvient as I had no idea when what items were coming and if they were coming at all or were lost. I also believe their prices are too high compared to other sellers.

Free shipping means waiting over a month to receive your order!! I had to ask 3 times for a shipping update, to which I just received automated replies telling me to see the shipping info in their site (chart with the shipping time). Once I finally got the order, the multicolor pen I ordered didn’t work!!! It took a few more days to get the hexagon sticky notes, which are not sticky at all!! VERY disappointed. Don’t waste your time (literally) or money!

They have super cute things at great prices. I'm a stationary addict so it works great for me. Shipping isn't too entirely long, was actually quicker than expected. Very happy w my cute stickers and looking forward to ordering more

I have ordered from them like 5 times and I really like their products, they process the orders pretty quickly and I love the free international shipping because in my case most of the time I have to pay more for shipping than the product itself on other shops. Really like their nice Costumer service and even if I have to wait some time for the orders to arrive, they are always wrapped and in perfect condition.

I've ordered a couple of times. Every single of the items has arrived perfectly and the free shipping is a very positive aspect! Anytime i had concerns they always responded to my emails very kindly and attentively. Will definetely order again! Their products are really cute and exactly what they look like in the pictures as well

I ordered a total of 6 pieces and was happy with the quality. They were what I expected and very pretty. Particularly the stamps I ordered ✨✨ I wasn’t particularly disappointed with the slow shipping (three weeks) since it was free 💙 will come back again
