This store is my go-to place when I’m shopping for stationery. It is so adorable and so useful at the same time. It is also totally different from products I find in physical stores where I live. I absolutely adore their products. This is not the first online stationery shop I tried but it is the one I stuck to because they are really the best out there. They have great offering and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced online. It’s super easy to communicate with them and they usually respond within a day or less. Delivery time was as expected, handling of products was good.. considering the price and the free shipping, it is really a bargain! I will be buying again.

I am so happy that I discovered this shop. It is my new favorite thing online. I am so in love with all of their products. I am currently waiting for my third order and already making the fourth. Their items are so cute and addictive. The stickers are high quality and well made and their pens are were well worth the price. I highly recommend this shop. I adoreee their products! They are so kawaii that they gave me a nose bleed. I love scrapbooking and keeping my journal so this shop is perfect for my needs! I’m so happy that I discovered it. I discovered them through their Instagram, it’s so sweet and pretty that I had to try and order. The first order went extremely well (5 thumbs up so far!). Their customer support is super nice. They were able to give me guidance with selecting the right kind of notebook for journaling and they responded my emails within a day or so. I received everything within a month and in a good condition. I cannot tell you how cute is everything!!! I’m very happy with my first purchase and I’m already contemplating what I want to buy next 😛. Hopefully, I will be able to update you later on my experience with second order.

LOVE the shop!!!!!!!! I bought some wash tapes for my niece. She really loved it! It took about 20 days for shipping. It would be nice if fedex shipping is available though. Anyway, the price is cheap and products are adorable !

I’ve had a great experience shopping here. I’ve purchased twice and spent over 70 euro in this store so let me share the experience I’ve had so far. The selection of products is just gorgeous, let’s just say that I want to buy everything and I had to control myself to keep only the most wanted items in my shopping cart. The check out and payment is easy and intuitive. After payment, you will receive an email that your order was received. It took three more days to receive another email from them confirming the shipment of my products. I’ve ordered a set of brush pens, gel pens, highlighters, stickers, sticky notes, rubber stamps and washi tapes (I know, that’s a lot of things I got ^ . ^). I was satisfied with the quality of all the items. The pens that I ordered are all branded Japanese products so there was no problem with their quality. The stickers were all very cute and made out of a good paper which was actually better than I expected. The sticky notes were super adorable, I just think they could have been made out of a little bit thicker paper. Maybe that’s just the type I ordered but they still can be used just fine. The rubber stamps and the washi tapes were all great so overall, I’m very happy with everything I received. Regarding the shipping time, it took around 15 days for my first order and around 25 days for the second one. One shipment came from Japan and another one from China. Everything was well packed and arrived in good condition. Overall, my experience was better than expected. It’s not easy to find this kind of products at affordable prices where I live. The free shipping and the selection of products really make this shop a great choice for me.

Bought A SINGLE GODDAMN PACK OF STICKERS, waited 2 months and emailed them and they had the audacity to say to just wait. 3 months later emailed them again, now they said they believe they've lost it in transit but never told me anything about losing it until a month later when I HAD TO EMAIL THEM MYSELF???? Like how f'ing pathetic is your company and services?? Do you not care about customers at all despite being a business??? Now after everything, they're finally reshipping it with ZERO COMPENSATION and on top of that, they informed me theyre not even giving me a reshipment/sending order email or anything and that I need to go consult them myself on their page if I want to know anything like what the f? Are you trying to screw me over again just like before??? You people are f'ing trash, an absolute garbage company. Big warning to people who want to buy something from these people.

I ordered a pencil case in NOVEMBER as a Christmas present, it is now pretty much MARCH and I still have no received it. Been emailing them back and forth but forget about the damn pencil case I just want my money back! They sell such cute items but never ever ordering from there again :(
