We’ve ordered twice now for my 9 year old daughter who cannot get enough cute pens, washi tape, stickers, etc. Completely satisfied both times. Covid caused a major delay with shipping for our April order. Completely understandable and Kawaii Pen Shop has been quick to reply to emails and provided personal service and relevant info in response. Will be ordering again, I’m sure.

The items are beautiful, and beautifully packaged for shipping! Shipping takes several weeks right now, owing to current circumstances, but Kawaii Pen Shop is very responsive to inquiries. I will order again!

Really loved the products that they had on the website, and wanted to take a chance on them since there aren’t any physical stores near me that I can get cute washi tape from! My stuff came in great condition, looks legit, and I will definitely consider ordering from them again! *Note: My package was coming from Hong Kong to the US. Since I placed my order in April, I was fully aware that it was going to take longer than usual for my package to arrive because of Covid 19 quarantines and the major restrictions placed on international mail because of the virus!

I had ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop before the pandemic and they have beautiful washi tape and paper clips. I ordered again on March 24th and they shipped it out on March 29th. Hong Kong Post showed that it left them on April 7th and then . . . Crickets. Luckily, Bettina took care of me. She responded to my email on the same day and gave me a detailed explanation of the shipping (slow boat from China 😊) and when I could expect my package. I just got it and the sticky notes, paper clips, and washi tapes are adorable.

I ordered a variety of pens, stickers, and washi tapes from Kawaii Pen Shop, and I was not disappointed! The products are all very high quality and aesthetic, and can be used for a variety of purposes! I, personally, plan to use the products to decorate my belongings and my artwork. Additionally, the shop included a variety of FREE bonus items in my order, which were all just as good as the products I ordered myself! The only downfall is that the shipping took several months, but that was most likely due to the pandemic. Overall, Kawaii Pen Shop's products are amazing for anyone looking to add some color to their life! The quality of the products, and the amount of extra items they include in your order, make the price and shipping worth it.
