Package arrived late due to shipping during a pandemic, but the Kawaii team was super helpful in helping me track the package. It was helpful that the team was so responsive as I was waiting for the package to arrive. I knew they would offer a refund if the package didn't come, but in the end it arrived and we love the items!

I am so delighted with the stickers and washi tape I ordered. I live in the states so it did take quite a bit longer to get to me than it would normally take due to the pandemic. However, all of my correspondence with customer service was very helpful and they provided me with detailed information about the shipping process and what they believed to be the issue. When my package arrived it was in excellent condition. I'm so looking forward to using these.

Shipping to the US during quarantine has not been the best for other companies. Fortunately, Kawaii Penshop has been incredible! I was able to buy so many products from them while they had this awesome sale. The products usually if not entirely originating from Japan were translated into english on the site making it user friendly. Additionally, it was VERY difficult for me to narrow down my cart because everything was so beautiful, cute, useful, etc. They offer such a wide variety of tapes and stickers and sticky notes and pens and it was just such a great online shopping experience. I was highly impressed when my items arrived a week ahead of time! When I opened my package (there were 37 items) I could tell it was hand packed with care. The items weren't jumbled up or tossed in there without thinking. They were packed nicely and certain items even double wrapped for extra care. I will always buy more supplies from Kawaii Penshop, and highly recommend them. Thankful for all the beautiful things I can create now! (This was not sponsored or whatever those paid reviews are. This is just my honest review of a great shopping/shipping/receiving experience.)
