I felt it important to write a review about my recent experience, as it's been a difficult time for many suppliers who have all been suffering with delays. I placed my order back at the beginning of May and it finally arrived today (26 June). I did 'chase' them about 10 days ago as there was no movement on my delivery status. They were quick to respond and explained that their orders were now going overseas, hence they delays. I was ok with that - what were they to do? I for one am pleased I was able to still get my stationery fix - because they have remained open and still doing orders. It was a lovely surprise opening the package - I'd forgotten what I had ordered! Everything was perfect, none the worse for the sea voyage and of course, super cute too :) So if you are still waiting for your 'fix', be patient, stay calm and stay safe. It's worth the wait :D

Ordered my items 3 months ago and still have not received my package.

Our package was delayed and we were worried because we are moving. But Kawaii pen shop staff were patient and kind telling us our package would arrive any day. It came just in time. We are loading up to move in a couple of days. My daughters love the merchandise. It will keep them busy for the 17 hour drive! We will order again! High quality and beautiful!

Love love love! I got shipping notifications really quickly after ordering and everything came perfectly! I’ve been using everything I’ve bought nonstop and I’m still excited every time I look at the cute items I bought. I definitely recommend and will buy from here again!
