Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

Adorable pens, washi tapes, sticky notes. Early arrival to Canada- very pleased with shipping and products.

Good communication when I requested help with tracking number. Fast for international shipping during a global pandemic. Nice product and packaging. Thanks so much!

Similar to other people’s reviews, I put in a purchase in the beginning of June and still have not received my items (September 22), I live in the US. When I reach out to the company they insist of contacting my post office, essentially not providing any help or information on their end. I recommend buying from a different stationary website or even amazon to avoid getting scammed by this company. They would rather have you do all this work to figure out where your package is then take responsibility and issue a refund. Truly a scam and will not order here again.

The shop has a bit of an ecclectic selection of items so it's neat to browse. I was very impressed with how fast shipping was to Canada especially considering all the shipping delays due to covid!

I've ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a few times now and I'm very excited about the paid shipping option. Yes, it is a little pricey, but my supplies arrived within 3 days and because Kawaii prices are so good anyway, the shipping isn't a big deal. I've ordered mixed sticker packs and washi tape, which have both been quality. The sticker packs alway shave more in them than I expect and I was really happy the fall set I ordered is going to work for winter too. This time, I also ordered some erasers and white out that were cute, but I wasn't expecting much. They quality is comparable to anything I'd buy in a store here, and I'm happy with my purchase. I'll be a return shopper for sure.

I love this shop—everything I've ordered from them has been excellent quality, exactly as pictured online. My first order was delayed in customs but customer service was very prompt and friendly in answering my queries and letting me know the status. My second order arrived amazingly fast! It is a treat to order from them.

They were very helpful with any questions I had and made the experience very easy and enjoyable
