Order took 9 weeks to get from Hong Kong to NZ, they said it was because of corona (in the meantime ordered something from Ireland took 12 days via Hong Kong) products came and pens were Really average quality. Better off buying in person, these were such a waste of money.

Great quality stickers and stamps! I'm also happy that it got delivered quicker than I expected.

the products hava a good quality and so kawaii! I got brush pens, stamps and other stuff. this is already my 2nd time buying from them. there was a missing item on my first purchase and they were so prompt in responding to complaints. They offered to refund me with the amount of the missing item or a voucher that i can use for the next order. The packaging is nice and secured and the shipping is very fast but it is a bit expensive. Overall I am happy with my experience from this shop and I will surely order again.

I've ordered through kawaii pen shop before, and my most recent order arrived quickly but the shipping was ridiculously expensive to Canada. I received an email while I was still deciding on wehtehr to buy, that said it was free shipping over a certain dollar amount. It wasn't, as I was still charged shipping, so its pretty annoying that they didn't even change their email templates with their new COVID-19 Shipping rates. Other than that, I enjoy their product range, and the prices are reasonable.

I bought a something several months ago and it still hasn't come. They don't have a tracking number and they don't keep me updated. I have waited for a long time. I ordered something before and they shipped it fine(although late, they said it was going to come before christmas and it shipped on christmas day) but now i don't know where my order is.

I placed my order in the beginning of April, and it said that the package "shipped" in mid-April. I sent an email asking them if they could provide information about my package. The customer service was good, but the only update I was given was that my package left mid-april. As of now I'm still waiting, I think my package might've been lost somewhere.

They are a scam. They took my money and forever say that my package is on the way. It’s been 5 months now and still nothing. I want my refund.
