Delivery came very quickly, and my pink planner and accessories definitely brighten my day. My second experience was not so positive. I was sent an email promising free international shipping if I completed my purchase - only to find out after the transaction that free shipping is not available to Canada. Do not take for granted these promises!

Great shop, cute stuff for awesomely cheap prices! Shipping (both surface mail and fedex) arrived safely, although surface mail obviously took more time. Will definitely shop here again when I need more stationary goods!

I payed $12 for fedex shipping, and I received my items from Hong Kong to USA via overnight. I couldn’t believe worldwide shipping could be so quick! I quickly made another order and will definitely order from Kawaii Pen Shop again in the future. 10/10

Love this store! My order arrived within 4 weeks of ordering (In Australia). All the items were in perfect condition! The package tracking wasn’t updated much, but all was fine when I got my package :)

Fantastic customer service and lightning fast shipment speed! I ordered a bunch of things and was contacted immediately to update my phone number in case of complications. It wasn’t needed, though, because my order came extremely fast!! Everything was in perfect condition, and I’ll be ordering from them again soon!!

Everything is SO SO kawaii! We bought tons of supplies for back to school and shared with friends as a treat! What an amazing collection! My favorite of the collection were the washi tapes and stickers. Also can't wait to try the stamps. Thank you!
