My vet only gives me copies of Invoices. To get detailed notes in order to get reimbursement is ridiculous. Moving on to another insurance provider

Most veterinary clinics usually provide only the invoice at the time of a consultation or emergency visit, as medical records or SOAP notes often take additional time to prepare. This is a very standard practice in veterinary medicine. For certain claims, medical records may be required to validate the treatment received. This typically applies to accident or illness claims, while many preventive care claims after the initial wellness exam do not require detailed notes. At Kanguro, our commitment is to offer coverage that’s easy to use and easy to understand. If you’d like, our Customer Service team would be happy to review your case and help clarify what’s needed.
