Estoy muy agradecida con Kanguro…
Estoy muy agradecida con Kanguro Insurance por el apoyo que me han brindado con mi mascota Gala. En momentos de mucha preocupación y estrés, para mí ha sido muy importante sentir que cuento con un seguro que responde, que ofrece atención en español y que se preocupa por sus clientes y sus mascotas. Agradezco mucho la atención, la comunicación y la ayuda que he recibido con mis reclamaciones. Sé que pueden surgir errores o confusiones en algunos casos, pero valoro que exista la posibilidad de revisarlos y aclararlos. Para quienes amamos a nuestras mascotas como parte de la familia, tener un seguro en el que podamos confiar significa muchísimo. Gracias a todo el equipo de Kanguro por el trabajo que realizan y por acompañarnos en momentos tan difíciles.

Me disgusto el aumento excesivo
Me disgusto el aumento excesivo de mi poliza de mi mascota paso de 320 a 524 , me parece excesivo, me comunique con servicio al cliente y no me dieron una razón de peso por ese excesivo aumento

I'd honestly give this company 0 stars…
I'd honestly give this company 0 stars and their employee Jules and Sofia are incompetent and have very poor customer service. I've been fighting them for almost a month now to get two payments. They can't provide proper proof and despite the bank saying they never even received the refund they claim was processed and they refuse to help further. They had me deal with multiple different people for the same situation and all of this because they didn't cancel my policy when clearly requested they waited until after it charged me.
