I filed a claim for shots and I received it, but I had to reclaim again, because my puppy was sick within the 2week warranty;so,I'm waiting to receive the refund for my puppy's medical records.

So far I have been experiencing some miscommunication in the beginning. But one of your agents Sofia was very patient and helpful she handled the issue professionally.

Quick response and process. However, app doesn't have wellness check-up option so I have to send a message or email every time I have to submit claims.

Aunque en un comienzo no procesaron bien mi último reclamo, volvieron a revisaron mi caso y documentos y me pudieron reembolsar. Es bueno saber que me escucharon y que revisar, algunas empresas no hacen eso. Su servicio al cliente es rápido, algo que resalto.

The rates and services are good. I haven't filed a claim yet to say how that process goes. Customer service was fast and clear on fixing my issue with uploading my pups records. The app is bad. Constant crashing, would not let me upload a picture of my dog or her Medical records. Get rid of the AI and get a real Dev to fix the app.

It’s taken some time to fix my login situation. But Kanguro has done a great job for covering my new puppy without the costs hurting my wallet too much. Thank you!

The Customer service once you are able to reach an agent is very good. Although as a new customer, I was only able to speak to a live agent in Spanish, never in English. Thankfully, I am bilingual. Also, the online app I find very unsatisfactory. It always seems to be down, have trouble uploading my documents and other glitches. The online app really has to be revamped and updated.
