Great trampoline
Great trampoline! My boys love it! Pretty easy to put together as long as you follow the directions. One spring was damaged and they shipped me a package of springs with no questions asked! Great customer service. 👌

Highly recommend!
All the grandkids love their Christmas presents and so do the parents. Great quality and this Grama loved the awesome customer service. Not too hard to put together from what I was told. Highly recommend!

We love the Trampoline
We love the Trampoline, instructions were easy to follow. I was a bit disappointed in my interaction with customer service I was expecting an answer when I inquired about my purchase being shipped and I got a response saying they will check on it and never heard anything back. It did eventually ship and make it to us, our if all the boxes I can say we were only missing 1 screw and Bolt but we had some on hand to replace it. All the kids love it.

Well built, high quality and safe trampoline!
The kids play on this EVERY single day! It was actually pretty easy to assemble- my husband and I put it together. It took a few hours but overall very clear instructions. It is well built, sturdy, and the materials are high quality. We got the 15 ft trampoline and it is great! It also didn't cost thousands of dollars like some. I feel like my kids and their buddies are safe on this trampoline and they have a blast every day!

Great trampoline, no customer service
This is our 2nd jumpflex trampoline. The first was demolished during heavy winds - our fault. The second came with 2 defects. I have contacted JF 3 times over the past 2.5 weeks and cannot get a reply. I dislike 1 star reviews and using social media to get attention. But they earned this one. They keep emailing asking for a review, but won’t reply to my issues. So here you go…..

Best Customer Service
Absolutely love the customer service. I had missing parts on my anchor set and they replaced it immediately I have all the parts so far we haven’t assembled yet because it’s winter but I will definitely be shopping with Jumpflex in the future.

So far so good
So far so good! We live in the frigid north, so this is a Christmas Present that will be put up once the ground thaws and the temps return to suitable for outdoor living. The order process was amazing and shipping was ridiculously fast. We had all of our boxes (which were, surprisingly small considering how big it will be when put together) within a week of the order. More to come when it's installed - but if my experience so far is a good indicator of future endeavors i should be in for a treat.

Great trampoline. Bad service
When I order my trampoline Jumpflex still hired people to put it together. The gentleman that put it together stripped a screw, which is fine but I was told he put in an order for the damaged piece and someone would come out to fix it. I got in contact with someone in customer service and she told me the piece was on the way and somebody would come out. That was over a year ago. I’m now told that Jumpflex doesn’t handle installation and I have to handle it. I understand that but I believe Jumpflex should’ve offered more than what they did
