Good quality matt and springs. The net on the other hand, not so much. It was very difficult to attach and was incredibly tight. You could see the inevitability of a rip and tear coming. Sure enough, the zipper no longer works and the top part has almost ripped all the way through. The springs are also starting to pop off the frame. It’s a good trampoline but I would expect a bit better quality for as much as it costs.

This is a great trampoline once up and the kids love it. However getting the upright poles in the pockets in the top of the net is extremely frustrating. Even more so when you're trying to set up the projam basketball attachment. Once you've got the poles in the top pockets some small velcro straps are there to hold it in place, however all these and the pocket seems look like they're holding on for dear life and are ready to give at any moment. In fact two straps have already broken and one of the pockets is starting to split after only a day. The rest of the construction and assembly look good, but I've never cursed so much when assembling a kids item as I did assembling this!

The directions do not tell you to insert the basketball hoop (if purchased). So when it is all assembled, you have to take it apart again, to insert the basketball hoop. The remaining uprights couldn’t take the pressure of being partially disassembled and one buckled. It took nearly two months to get the replacement parts. It’s a very nice trampoline, but tough to get parts. And it’s too expensive not to use for two months, waiting for parts.

I ordered the water spraying wand. I live in the US and it did not attach to my garden hose. The instructions did not explain how to modify it to work in the US.

When the trampoline was originally sent, all of the springs were not included. This was incredibly disappointing for my daughter. After many phone calls and emails, the springs finally made it. Jit, was the MOST helpful in resolving this issue. I appreciate his efforts to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The top rail breaks after little to no use. I have ordered top rail several times and replaced broken parts. It is great that the ordering process is easy and the parts arrive on time. But hey what is wrong that you need to always be replacing broken parts on equipment rated at 500lbs. on level ground, used by a 140 lb teen???

Order was processed faster than expected. I received two of three boxes in two days; however, the third box arrived over a week later. Customer service was excellent to rectify the issue.
