So we got this for kids for Christmas 2021. Waited until spring to put it up. It’s now October, so it has been up approximately 6 months. We had a wind storm about two weeks ago and the stupid net was ripped. Warranty apparently doesn’t cover it, even though it hasn’t been a full year of use. These trampolines are expensive so you would expect them to withstand a years worth of weather. I would not recommend this trampoline. The one we had previous lasted 15 years. The net lasted three. I will have to try and find them and see about getting a net through them. They seem to be better quality.

Straps for net rips off easy. Hooks on trampoline mat pull apart easy allowing the springs just to come unhooked. We have 8–9 that are completely messed up and they are actually ripping the trampoline mat itself.

We waited over 2 months for some parts, everyone was kind and courteous but my 3 grandkids were disappointed!

I ordered a trampoline from Jumpflex for my kids to enjoy on the other end of our move. The package arrived on time but, after we began to assemble it we realized over half of the springs were missing as well as a few poles from the ladder. We called jumpflex and they put an order in for the missing parts and springs at no charge. We were told the springs were sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked up but would be shipped very soon. We received the ladder parts within the next week but are still waiting on the springs. My kids have been looking out the window at a half assembled trampoline for weeks now meanwhile other people are receiving their trampolines and leaving raving reviews. Where are our springs??? Would leave 1 star if the customer service team weren’t so quick to get the ladder parts out, at least. I understand there is a delay for shipping reasons but I don’t understand why the springs are being fulfilled for other, more recent trampoline orders (based on review dates) but ours are still sitting somewhere in a warehouse.

Poor return policy on accessories and poor customer service with assisting with issue

Communication with JumpFlex was impossible! I made a mistake on the delivery address (yes, I messed up), but FedEx would NOT redeliver without the request being generated from the shipper (JumpFlex). THAT NEVER happened, and my request (called AND emailed twice) was lost in the lack of communication channel. The SECOND part of the shipment (the cover) could have been redirected PRIOR to shipment to the corrected shipping address, but it WAS NOT...no attempt to reach me was ever made by JumpFlex. NOT HAPPY

The email process and all that was very smooth and they shipped my products right away. But the problem is, I STILL didn’t get the parts that I need. So I have 4 small foam pad things that I guess I’m just going to throw away because it’s not the right parts I need replaced. Just not even worth all the effort

Very simple assembly and very sturdy. The whole family can have fun at together due to the high weight capacity. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the seem at the top of the zipper is already separating after 2 months. Update: I didn’t include the fact that the stakes weren’t included in my original shipment, or the fact that when they finally shipped the stakes they didn’t include the necessary straps. I was contacted about my safety net after submitting a 4 star review and asked to send a picture. Picture was sent a few weeks ago without a reply from Jumpflex. Quality is good, but the quality assurance in packaging and their customer service leave something to be desired.
