We ordered the 15 foot trampoline. FedEx misdelivered 2 boxes to the wrong house and lost 2 more boxes for about a week. Jumpflex was very helpful through FedEx’s mistakes, even sending two new boxes promptly. The trampoline itself was very easy to install. It seems high quality. Our kids love it!!

Tolles Trampolin, ging leicht aufzubauen und macht mega Spass! Besonders zu erwähnen ist der super Kundenservice. Es gab eine Fehllieferung bei den vielen Paketen. Kundenservice hat sich schnell zurück gemeldet, war sehr freundlich und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und hat auch nach erfolgreicher Lieferung sich nochmal erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist! 5Sterne+

Great customer service and great product! We bought the 14ft trampoline and fairly easy to assemble with my husband. Kids absolutely adore it and great for getting them outside.

Purchased the 10ft trampoline at around 2.30pm monday and it was on my doorstep before 10am the next morning! Have only just managed to assemble it due to the high winds we’ve experienced lately and stupidly not ordering the anchor pegs to hold it down! But wow…it’s fabulous quality and really sturdy! So pleased we spent a bit more and bought a decent one! All the parts were included, it was easy to assemble with the instructions and it came with the free basketball hoop that was advertised, which was an added bonus. Thank you Jumpflex :) boys haven’t got off it!

was missing #3box of 7 on delivery, fed-ex did a exception on delivery with #3 and said it had 2 many labels, what? called company and Wendy (I believe) was her name shipped another one with a different delivery service and it arrived in 2 days. other than that, it's great. 1 piece of damn good advice: Throw the instruction book in the trash and watch the video on YouTube.

The kids bent two of the poles playing fireman, I ordered the wrong parts but Jumplex had them collected and sent new ones out. They even processed a refund without me asking as the ones I needed were cheaper. The trampoline itself is very sturdy if used correctly. Well worth the money and fantastic after sales care.

Had an issue with our Jumpflex trampoline and these guys did a full top bar replacement. Really recommend these guys for your trampoline. We are on our second one they are so good.
