Best purchase ever!
I purchased the 12 ft trampoline nearly 3 years ago. I live in the death sun/humidity of central Florida and it has held up beautifully. I do have 5 sons and they don't play easy. After years of rough play and Florida sun the entrance seam split. I reached out to jump flex and without hesitation they quickly sent me a new net. Just an amazing product with an amazing warranty and even better people working there it seems.

Trampoline works great!
Trampoline works great seems super sturdy. It wasn’t hard to put together, just time consuming. All parts were included. 4 kids 6-13 and they’re having a blast with it! Only giving it 4 stars because we’ve had it 2 weeks so not sure about longevity.

Great trampoline
Great trampoline. Good size (15 ft) which perfect for our 4 kids….they can all jump fairly safely at the same time if needed. Had a guy from the Handy app come install it (it took him 2-2.5 hrs by himself) and at the end he said “this is the most legit and solid trampoline I have done.” High quality materials, sturdy, and great bounce. Overall trampoline is better than I expected. I am very pleased.

I am very pleased with my purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase. The only reason for the 4 stars is the shipping company. The customer service department was extremely helpful and friendly. I will purchase again through jumpflex.
