Jumpflex has a great product! I’ve had to replace the net (because my kids are super rough) but it has been very simple to get the replacement products. Very happy with my purchase and Jumpflex!!

It seems to be a quality product and my son really likes it. It was fairly expensive, but I bought it because of the weight limit which was quite a bit higher than the units at my local big box stores. It was short one spring but I contacted them and they sent me a 10 pack of them in just a couple of days. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

We had a 13’ square Springfree trampoline that we gave away before moving to Arizona. Bought the 12’ Jumpflex trampoline on December 6 and had all deliveries in hand before Christmas. It took 2-3 hours to assemble, which was not bad. My 15 year old is the master jumper, and she loves the additional bounce of the Jumpflex. The steel springs are definitely “bouncier.” Very happy with the Jumpflex, especially at 1/3 the cost. We were missing one spring in the box, and Jumpflex sent 10 right away.

First, I want to say what a great product they have. Our son absolutely loves his trampoline, the first thing he does when he gets home from school is to go jump, if it isn't raining. Second, I wanted to add the ProJam. I replied to the order email to see if it could be added. It was during the holidays and the trampoline shipped before customer service could answer the question of adding the ProJam to the order. Customer service reached out apologizing for not getting back before the trampoline shipped (not their fault, we ordered the day after Christmas) and said they could invoice us and ship for free. Such great customer service!!
