This is my third time putting an order in for springs I still haven’t received and don’t know if I’m going to receive these springs that’s suppose to take another 7-10 business through FED EX, which is terrible. I personally think it’s bad business. Purchased the biggest size trampoline and paid out right no problem and the only reimbursement I got from you guys was a basketball goal that was apart of a Black Friday promo/ waiving a shipping fee and a extended warranty that I will probably never use. I manage T-Mobile corporate stores and if something like this happened to this extent to a customer. We would have shown more empathy in getting this problem solved and making it right. Very disappointed with how this has been handled and have tried to be patient since early November. Just know I’m writing this review to you guys. I have documented and kept paper trail of how this has played out and if something doesn’t get handled. I will be making sure I let all the people I know how my experience was and the only solution that you guys gave. If this was for me. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but when this was suppose to be a birthday gift for my daughter back in November. Now that’s a problem!

Really great trampoline... looks awesome, and bounces better than our last trampoline (which this replaces). You can tell it is of higher quality. The safety features are quite good and I feel secure in letting my kids spend a lot of time on it.

I had been looking at trampolines as a Christmas present and wanted something more reliable than what I was seeing at the big-box retailers but not as expensive as some of the "specialty" sellers. I found Jumpflex, read numerous reviews and pulled the trigger on a 14ft trampoline. The whole delivery experience was exceptional - I was constantly notified of the status. 3 heavy boxes showed up, but they were manageable. Setup does require 2 people and did take several hours but overall was very smooth. Our kids LOVE the trampoline and have used it for over an hour a day since Christmas. I'm very comfortable with the engineering and strength of the trampoline and the safety features. The safety net was challenging to get on, but that is my only complaint.

JumpFlex is a quality trampoline..Would reccomend if you're looking for a superior trampoline that will last in all year outdoor weather conditions.

1st thing I noticed was the high quality of the product. No offense to any products that are in the area stores but this product is very sturdy. Although it took some time to put together the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My daughter loves it and has been it none stop. I bought the top that goes on it so she just hangs out in it with her friend all the time

UPDATE: While I can not rate the Smartshade, because I don't have one, I do want to update the status of my story. I finally did receive my credit for the missing item. Also, Jumpflex offered me a Smartshade at no cost. I did not accept the Smartshade, but I think they made an honest attempt to make things right. I do hope that this is reflective of the company, and not the initial experience. Original review: Jumpflex did not deliver all of the components that I had ordered and paid for. When I contacted them by email, they said it was FedEx. The next two times I contacted them, email and phone, they won't answer me. All I want is an honest answer as to the missing item. Very poor support.

So far we’re loving it! Husband said the instructions were easy to follow, and it was not bad to put together.
