Great product and even better customer service!
Shipping was super fast, assembly was incredibly easy. Instructions were laid out perfectly. Probably the easiest trampoline I've ever put together. One of the straps broke during assembly, sent a message to customer service and they replied within a few days (Christmas weekend) and I had replacement straps sent to me within the week. Great company. Purchase the tie-downs if you live in a windy area. Not that the trampoline is light, but the extra grounding is fantastic.

Trampoline completes my yard and my family.
Trampoline came quickly and as described. We are a family of 3 and enjoy this thing on a daily basis. I train air tricks for snowboarding, my wife gets childhood gymnastics nostalgia, and my son goes absolutely nuts jumping, rolling, spinning, flipping. Great buy! Great price! Great quality!

We ordered the fifteen foot trampoline…
We ordered the fifteen foot trampoline for our five kids who have thoroughly enjoyed it! They love all being able to jump on it and even me and my husband came too!

We had missing parts from our order
We had missing parts from our order. Jump flex was great to work with. They sent the parts out right away. My grands love the trampoline. Would definitely buy another one from them. That’s for taking care of us.

Great product
We shopped around online for a trampoline for our 5 year old and landed on this one primarily because of the weight limit. I weigh 200lbs and wanted to be able to jump with our kiddo and wife. This trampoline feels very stable and is extremely fun to use. The net is really good quality as well and a good design. We put the trampoline together on Christmas Eve at night and it took 2 of us an hour and a half. We were missing 2 springs though. We emailed Jumpflex and they overnighted us a 10 pack of new springs and gave us reassurance that it was safe to jump without them in the meantime. Great customer support and a great product.

Customer Service goes above and beyond
Customer Service goes above and beyond. FedEx lost one of three boxes, and delivered one busted open and missing springs. Even though it was not their fault, they sent the missing box out immediately and replacement springs at no cost. Not only are the trampolines top-of-the-line, but so is the experience they provide.
