Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

I googled Trampoline made in the USA because I specifically wanted to support the USA and also not have something shipped from overseas and an advertisement came up on the right side and it said "Trampoline United States" a jumpflex ad. Then you click on their website and they have USA in the top RIGHT next to their name, it says Jumpflex with a USA shield, then on the right side they have an American flag in the right corner. ALL the boxes arrived saying "made in CCP (Communist China Party!!!!!" They said they can't do anything about how google, its out of their control. I own a business I know google doesn't put an add for free for your business I know that you have to give key words to show up. I'm giving 3 stars because the trampoline is nice I just feel it was misleading the way it is advertised. Here is their reply "Unfortunately, Google searches are out of our control, however, we do not advertise our products as manufactured in the USA on our website or through any third-party promotional content. Our Jumpflex™ trampolines are designed and engineered in New Zealand. Jumpflex™ trampolines are the result of a team of diverse individuals from a multitude of backgrounds. Jumpflex™ has partnered with a father-son company outside of Hong Kong that has 30 years of experience in the outdoor textile industry. Their skill and experience have been paramount in the production of the Jumpflex™ safety net, which is made from highly durable single weave 100% polyester. Our trampoline is produced and kitted together in our purpose-built factory in China to supply our New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA & Canada logistic warehouses"

We really enjoy our JumpFlex! My daughter uses it in the morning to help get her brain ready for school. She also uses it after school to help get ready to do her homework. It’s been a get way for her to organize and calm when she feels anxious or frustrated.

Excellent! Satisfying!

I will start this review by stating that my kids love it. However, day 2 of the basketball attachment being placed, one of the rods broke. When I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing a replacement rod, I was told that I would have to by a new basketball hoop attachment. After spending nearly $1000K, who wants to spend anything else.

We are enjoying the trampoline. Getting the netting on was a little difficult and some of the spacers broke. When we called for replacement they were sent immediately with a suggestion on how to attach the net.

This was a gift for our grandchildren and we have not put it together yet. To cold to play outside right now.

After much research, Jumpflex appeared to be the best value for the money for a trampoline. The shipping was fast (even right before Christmas), although different accessories do come in separate deliveries. The main reason I ended up choosing Jumpflex for a trampoline for my kids was the ability to have the whole family on it at the same time. It has a 550 lb weight limit and a great warranty to go along with optional shipping protection. I highly recommend having 2 adults for assembly. No matter how handy you are, it just makes it go so much smoother. The optional basketball hoop has been great fun for both my 6 and 3 year olds. Can you find cheaper trampolines for the same price that might even be larger? Yes, but are they going to come with a multi-year warranty or more than a 250 lb weight limit so adults can enjoy it as well? No. I am very satisfied with my purchase after a month. I feel we have almost already gotten our money's worth of hours of recreational fun right in our own backyard.

Love the trampoline, my kids are on it everyday.. the net design is very good and seems different then traditional trampolines and better made. We did purchase the basketball and slide accessories. The trampoline was easy to put together .. Some things I would change or make better is in the directions that came with the trampoline write in when to add the accessories... so like if you bought the goal open this now and do those steps before moving foward... And lastly I wish the slide was a little wider, works perfectly for my younger two, but my Oldest its a little tight.. We purchased the sunshade but not going to get that out until summer.. It's a great fun addition to our yard . They have excellent service and have been very helpful
