After contacting Xavier Becerra, Attorney General of the CA Dept Of Justice as well as Citicard legal department PL issued a $28 refund of a $41 purchase July 2. The $13 for their ludicrous return fee & shipping fee was a lesson - NEVER Order From Them again!!!

If there was a 0 star..I would of given this scam company that rating. Purchased a harness that was defective. The buckle was cracked. Not to mention we were unaware and our new pup broke loose from this piece of junk harness. Made contact thinking they would do the right thing..going as far as saying" we have refunded your purchase in 3 to 5 days. To "go to your bank..the problem is on their end." Two concerns I have..they have credit and debit card information. They are probably shipping out the same broken harnesses to innocent consumers. That is why they paid to have it returned. Buyer beware.

This company is terrible. I ordered a harness from them on May 23rd 2019 Order#299786 with a tracking# 74890986311620365870 via FedEx. I STILL never received my order, after countless emails and attempts to reach someone "Karen" says that they would reship it. Its JULY 2nd and I STILL HAVE NO HARNESS OR REFUND. Save yourself the scam, order from somewhere else. This is what you get for trying to support smaller businesses. The customer service is terrible. There is no possible way for you to reach their headquarters or an actual person to speak to. Seven weeks of my time has been spent on this matter and I am out $50. The BBB is aware of this but they need to shut this operation down because its complete BS.

I ordered a small harness from pug life ,which was to fit a dog 10-19 lbs. I received a harness that looked like it would fit a 3-5 lb dog. Returned, along with their form with all the relevant information. TWO MONTHS after them receiving my return, I contacted them. They sent me an email in return that made it appear that I was confused about what size to order. I informed them in no uncertain terms that my order was in accordance with their size chart. I must have hurt their feelings for I have not heard back from them for going on two months. Oh yes, I had to pay $14.95 to return the incorrect order. Update: Sent my order number (ORDER #34845) to them via my original email chain. Several weeks and still no response. I would like to give PUGLIFE some insights that I have acquired in my soon to be 80 years. 1. Having a problem is not the problem. How you respond to the problem can become the real problem; as it has now. 2. Having been on both sides of the buying and selling equation I have always had the philosophy of treating the customer how I would want to be treated. Ignoring a problem is never a good policy. I find my situation to be a real shame. The dog harness is a great product that I would recommend to anybody if it were not for the total lack of customer service. Based on my past experience with PUGLIFE, I do not expect my situation to ever be resolved. If it by chance is, I will make another post.

I had asked for a refund for more than 2 months now. Sent 12 emails and Karen keeps on having excuses that they sent out my refund but when I sent them I was reporting this to the BBB I recieved an email as scammers that they had an issue sending out my refund. I have read so many REUND ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE SENDING ALL MY EMAILS MY SCREENSHOTS OF OTHERS REPORTING THE SAME ISSUE TO BBB. I HAD ENOUGH. HOW DARE THEY KEEP ON ANNOUNCING THEIR TRUE VALUE AT HEART FOR THEIR PRODUCT WHEN ALL THEY ARE . SCAMMERS BUT NOT ANYMORE. I WORK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND REPORTING THIS AND REPORTING THIS TO THE HIGHER END TO GET MY REFUND PLUS FOR THE WAIT AND FUSTRATION JUST AS MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH. I ordered and returned two dog harnesses. I've emailed the company several times. They don't answer their telephone, and there is no provision for leaving a voice mail. My credit card was charged on May 20, 2019. I returned the items via USPS. The post office confirmed that the package was delivered to them on June 4, 2019 at 12:30 P.M. Company promised a refund within 3-5 business days. No refund has been issued. I have since read dozens of horrible reviews about this company. Many people have experienced the same issues. It seems their corruption is widespread. BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY CORRUPT. I have filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General’s office.

Poor customer service! I have sent countless emails to get an update on the status of the refund I was promised for this product and absolutely no response now. I was told 6/8 I would be receiving a refund and still nothing. No refund and no response. I have followed up with multiple emails to inquire about the status of my refund with no response from customer service since 6/17. I’m very disappointed with this company. I was specifically told not to ship the product back and to keep it since they sent the wrong color and that they would provide refund. I have all emails re:this. I ordered a Puglife Harness last week, and I've received no confirmation email, I can't get through by phone or email, and I have no order number. I'm afraid I've just been taken and ripped off again. It's also disappointing that Facebook would promote such a business. Facebook doesn't care what kind of business is being promoted on their site, they just take the money.
