Never got harness. FedEx never received harness from Pug Life. Sounds like a very large concern. No one ever knew why I had not received it after two weeks, always had to check with one “team “ or another. No people to speak with. OnlyEmails and a non working chat. Happily I did receive a refund. Don’t bother!

I am agreeing with the customer service complaints. I like the harness and the double handle leash but getting refunds on returned orders is terrible service. I have returned 4 orders and am still waiting on refunds. The website needs some work. There is no order history. I will be happy when I get my refunds. Linda Money

So I'm seeing all of these bad reviews. Not sure why. This is a great harness.I ordered 3 all at the same time, two medium and on X-Larger. The quality is great and it is easy on and easy off. Now I have not had to work with customer service with the 3 I purchased. They fit fine and I had no reason too. But please keep in mind I'm sure this company is a small business and most likely only one or two people work in the business. I have no idea I do not know these people at all. But I have done business with many small online company. You can not expect to have Amazons level of customers service with a small company.

Wishing I had come here to read reviews before ordering from this company, terrible customer service!! I have no idea if the harness is a good quality, but when a company lies and tells you something has shipped however you won't have a tracking number for 2-3 days- clearly there is a problem. Now I have to figure out a way to get my money back, I refuse to pay return shipping for these. Total hassle. Going to buy up the street at Petco, less money and probably better quality. I got sucked in to a Facebook ad, stupid. Update: The return process (my only recourse since you cannot cancel a shipment- even though it has not shipped) indicates there is a $7.95 return shipping label fee!!! Not happening, calling credit card company. BEWARE: Do not order from this company!

Worst harness I had for my lab mix. My dog would run & hide every time I would want to put it on her. Then she kept slipping & backing out of it. Had it for nearly 6 months, she never got used to it, it was very uncomfortable for her. This last time she backed out of it, she almost got hit by as car. Contacted the company by email with complaints. They accused me of not using it correctly, also told me, their return policy is 60 days...so I'm out $60! I would not recommend this product or this company to my worse enemy. It's been 6 months, I no longer have the order number. People see these ads on Facebook, fall for the scam, and it's pure hell after that. I don't know a person that would save an order, unless it's something expensive. We're talking a dog harness for Pete's sake, not a Diamond ring!!

Update: package was refused and returned.. I have yet to receive a credit.. no matter how big or small your business customer service should be your number one concern.i may of even tried the product if I saw good reviews on here about the customer service.. return calls.. emails being answered.. but the service is so bad I’ve no desire to even bother... I’ll update this if I ever get a credit but I contacted my bank and will do a charge back if necessary Order#400858. Worst customer service ever.. I ran a customer service dept for 15 years.. i would fire everyone of my people if this was the way they worked. I ordered after reading all those “great reviews” ( fake) on their site and then read these real reviews and immediately went back to cancel.. within 20 minutes and of course no way to do that or speak to anyone or get a real person To respond to you. I immediately contacted my bank to start a charge back and even after numerous attempts to contact someone I still got no real person response just their automated e mails and texts. I will refuse the shipment ( if it actually comes) and have items returned and if I get any hassle I’ll contact the attorney general. This company should be ashamed to be doing business like this.

I ordered the pug life harness several months ago. Very easy to place on my dog. No problem. Thing is, the buckle becomes undone and very unsafe when I’m out walking her. Usually when she’s jumping up and she wants to get to another dog it will unclasp. She then backs out of it. I did reach out to the company and they sent a replacement. Maybe the clasp was defective? Anyway it happened with the second one as well. I believe this is a weakness in the design.

***UPDATE: Finally received my exchanged harness today (January 16, 2020). Very Nice. But instead of saying "Pug Life" on it, they have changed the name and it now says "Joyride Harness." *** Customer service is non-existent! I returned a harness for exchange from Medium size to Large. They have had my $$ since Nov 17th!! I got an email saying they received my item for exchange on December 5th. After 2 emails to them (Dec 20th & 26th) I have still have not received the exchange nor have I received any communications from them other than they have received my emails via a bot. You can't call them and the "live chat" doesn't work. I bought a harness prior to this and it worked but was a little large, which is why i wanted to try the medium...but that was too small. I will let all my dog owning friends know that they should NOT to buy from this company. Everyone has been asking about the harness we currently have from Pug Life. I'll be sure to tell them that the company SUCKS!!
