Pretty sure that i have been scammed - placed order (#413178) 3 weeks ago, and have no response. Unable to get any substantive order details from the facebook or online CSR help. After reading all these reviews, just realizing that it is likely i am out my money and harness will never show up. So disappointing for this first and last time customer

I ordered a harness and other items from this company on 12.29.19. Received items on 1.8.20 but they sent the wrong size harness. I ordered a large they sent an xl. I contacted the company and they had me return the item for an exchange. They received that item on 1.13.20. I waited the estimated process time before contacting through email, they responded it was processed 1.21.20 and I should receive my harness in 7-10 business days. That time has gone by tried contacting again, this time no response. Had to connect via Facebook only for them to state they would look into it and recommended emailing. Haven't been able to reach anybody since. It is now 2.12.20 and I am out $40 because this company refuses to take care of their business properly. Its probably why they are changing their name to joyrideharness now due to all of the recent complaints. I would be cautious ordering anything from this company. Horrible.(original #404317)

My order # is 412408. This harness choked my dog. It doesn’t work. Easily comes undone. It shouldn’t be on their throat. I need a refund. I need the company to send me an envelope to return the 2 harnesses that I recently bought.

Don't be fooled like I was in thinking this is such a great harness, it's not. I bought this harness for my 14 month old Beagle. The strap around the neck is like a mile to long and tightening it up had the strap all in and around the harness. Then when I thought I had it on there tight enough I pulled on my stubborn dog to go because he is not good at walking and wants to stop all the time and when I gave him a good tug I pulled the collar right off him. So I tightened the strap that goes around his belly only to rub my dog raw behind the front legs. Now I have a sore to take care of on my dog. Part of that problem that strap is just to wide. I went on the Pug Life web site only to see 5 star ratings and no way to put in a review out of the so called 12k + reviews on the site. If I could return this harness I would but I had it to long to return it. I do not recommend wasting your money on this harness. I now have to look around for a replacement one. Bottom line this harness sucks don't buy it.

I bought this because of a great advertising video. They sent me the harness but it was way too big. I filled out their form and returned it for an exchange for a size small. I never heard back. They have my money and I have nothing. I emailed them and they emailed me back and said it would be here in a week. It has never come. Great product terrible people. Do not send them any money. How disappointing. They look reputable but they are NOT. Please use my email or name to look me up, or email me privately. You have my money and all contact info. UPDATE: The company wants personal information over this format. They have my information and my money. They also have two emails, and my returned harness. They need to either refund my money or send me a harness size small. Do NOT buy from this company despite their attractive ads. I will take this down if I get my harness or money back. Go on Amazon, they have the same harnesses there and they stand behind their products return.

This is the WORST NIGHTMARE of a purchase i have ever encountered No way to speak to anyone, phone numbers are automated and hang up Zero customer service 514 Better Business Bureau negative complaints and warnings HARNESS Is TERRIBLE They say it’s a NO PULL HARNESS totally untrue... in fact my dog pulled more with it on The buckle is impossible to open The harness moves and shifts positions Its extremely heavy and can’t be used in hot weather because of the dogs discomfort NO REFUND NO CANCELLATIONS NO PRODUCT NO LIVE HELP

This is a revised review. I originally gave this product one star because they had refused to provide a replacement when the product was not working right. After posting this review they promptly responded and offered to replace it for me. At least so far we have not had the same issue with the new harness and we are very pleased with it. I assume ours was just a random defect and that the new one is much better. So that eliminates my only concern with the harness and I can now fully recommend it. Thank you to Joyride for their attention to this. Original Review - Maybe 1 star is not fair. In some ways, I love this harness. It is so easy to put on our 60lb dog (size L). But, it has always had a tendency to pop open during walks. At first, we thought we weren’t ensuring that we clicked the buckle completely. After a few weeks we knew that was not the issue. So, we kept using the harness hoping it needed to break in. Even when it pops open, the dog doesn’t get released if they pull, as the harness is around their neck anyway. I contacted customer service and was told that since we have had it so long, there is nothing they could do. I’d love a working version of the product, but they made the choice to not provide that. I can’t recommend this to anyone if that is their best customer service attempt. Don’t buy it. There are other similar harnesses - try one of them. Sorry Pug Life. This is a great harness poor customer service. Purchased 2 small harnesses and they were to big. Sent back to exchange for 2 extra small harnesses. After several emails to Sharon and receiving emails back that they were on there way they never came. Kept emailing Sharon. I received back only 1 of the harnesses back. They still owe me my second harness. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! It is sad they have a great harness but really bad return on customer service.
