Returned a harness per instructions provided in email from Pugslife. 15 days after the returned item was received by the seller, I inquired by email as to the status of the return. Pugslife has not responded to that email nor has a refund been issued in the 33 days since it was sent.

I have had the exact same experience with this company. On the surface, this company appears to be doing a good thing. Why are we all having so much trouble contacting them? We all want the best for our pets. I mailed back a medium harness the day I got it asking for a small instead and I have received and heard nothing. I’ve sent emails , no chat possible and my exchange order number doesn’t seem to exist? My order number is 614198. Can someone please help? They did eventually reach out to me and replaced the harness

Paid for harness and leash/seatbelts on 1/9/2020. The charge went through but no contact as of 1/17/2020. No way to contact company. Tapped live chat and nothing comes through. Gonna call my bank and stop payment.

I love the harness that I bought last year, but I wish I could give PLH zero stars now. The problem is not the harness, it's the customer service. I was sent an email telling me that my order has shipped and it never came. I checked FedEx and the tracking for my order showed that the company had made a shipping label but had not actually presented the package for delivery. FedEx is still waiting for this company to use the shipping label. Meanwhile PLH has told me it is on its way! I am beyond disappointment, I have moved on to disgust at being played. Not nice PLH, what happened??? You used to be such a good company... Order# 405032

I placed an order on December 25th. I checked the shipping information on my Order and it shows as awaiting pick-up by the USPS in Rochester, NY since December 30th. When I checked the USPS tracking number provided on the site it says the tracking number can not be found. I tried sending an email inquiry to the email on the order confirmation to check the order status and received a message that it was not a valid email. If I can’t verify shipping information in the next few days I’m going to report it as fraudulent.

I agree with everybody on here that the customer service is pathetic! No one responds to anything. The 800 number is a joke and so is the live chat.I have emailed them 4 times if not more about an exchange that is taking forever and I have heard absolutely nothing!

First order took a bit long but everything else was good. My second order was placed on November 29th. FedEx has not received the harnesses and customer service is slow and unhelpful. Nothing has been done or received in nearly a month and a half. I still have not received a response to my emails two weeks ago, let alone a resolution/refund. What business has a phone number and live chat but no working phone lines/chats?

Be warned****Harness looks very durable. Bought 2 xtra small for my 5 # Maltese...only used one so far and she has backed out of it several times... I would not buy these again. Just chased the dog for the last time.
