Not only they overcharge their products (Amazon sells exactly the same harness half the price with great reviews), but they make it very difficult for you to cancel the order. They make a great effort to state they are a very small company, like if this detail gave them the right to take forever to ship orders or charge more than double... I was very firm and sent them several messages today. I would not accept no for an answer . They finally cancelled the order and confirmed refund. But no, I would not buy anything else from this company and I recommend you look on Amazon before ordering anything from them.

I was so excited to get this Harness. Took forever to receive it. I am so disappointed with this product. 1) per website sizing chart incorrect. 2) buckle right under my dog's armpit. I had to bring my dog to the Vet's due to irritation & pain under armpit. She could not use her left leg. Took me awhile to figure out it was the buckle. 3) I do not recommend this Harness for small breeds. 4) I went to Pet Food Warehouse. They fitted my dog with a Harness that I love. 5) Don't waste your money with this company.

I been in the market for some time now looking for harnesses for our dogs. We finally found what we were looking for in the Joyride Harness. They are really easy to put on and are very well made and our dogs love them.

I purchased 2 of these harness for my 88 lb dog. They were purchased in March and July of 2019. By September of 2020 both had broken - the plastic used for the latch and on the harness to change size is very poorly constructed. It holds us just over the year warranty they give you on the product! I would never spend this much money on a product that lasts only a few months over a year. I wish I had known before I bought 2 of them! Don't waste your money!

Scam. Beware. Refuses to provide shipping information or cancel order they verified has not been shipped 5 days and counting. Beware. Scam. Updated 11/07/2020 - response. Requested to cancel on 10/19; 10/20; 10/21; 10/22; 10/23; and 10/24 numerous times. I did receive the refund on 10/26/2020 with an email confirmation that refund was being issued after 10 p.m. E.S.T. on 10/24/2020 but that was only after I spent over four hours emailing, calling, doing the website chat with their "representatives", requesting their legal business name and registered agent information, and providing 25+ honest reviews on Instagram ( as they refused to allow me and still do go post a review on their website or FaceBook page) and before they BLOCKED me on Instagram and removed my posts, did they THEN respond with the refund after I was told SO MANY TIMES BEFORE by this "company" that it will not issue a refund and I could receive the order (on an unspecified date) then pay to ship it back and would receive a partial refund minus shipping and a restocking fee. That is not a legitimate business. There is no customer service. Their FB page mentions the account is managed in part by someone in Ukraine. The address for this "business" appears to be a fake address in CA which refused mail from the Better Business Bureau when BBB investigated complaints. Now this business wants to try to silence me again after blocking Instagram and refusing. It goes through many lengths to pay for fake social media glitzy ads that are deceptive and much time spent silencing honest customers that were scammed. Very deceptive and deceitful. Never provided a legitimate business name upon request.

I bought 3 harnesses. And the biggest one started falling apart. So I wrote them and send pictures of the harness. I am very disappointed I didn't ask for a refund just to send me a new one. I still have the pictures of the harness. Ms. McGoogan

I’m on here again because after I ordered the harness for my dog I read the reviews and let them know I wanted to cancel. They shipped anyway and after raising hell and going to BBB, they said they would refund my full $45.91- I have emails and they only refunded $28. I never even opened the package and they short me $17.51. They suck!!!! I want my $17.51 back. I have it in writing and I have already gone to BBB with the proof.

First they sent me the wrong harness/a design, pattern and color i did not order. They resent it but i ordered the rainbow one. The one i received has 3 colors, that's not rainbow. It looks nothing like the picture. Even though i got a free one out of 2 still never got what i ordered. Complete waste of money!
