The harness would be great if the buckle didn’t loosen up all the way after each use. I bought 2 for my dogs and both harnesses are doing the same thing. Very frustrating to have to readjust the girth belt every day which is necessary for it to fit properly.

This harness may be easy to put in and take off but the tightness slides down and it’s no longer secure around the girth. The material is slippery and there’s no way to keep the buckle from sliding. Very frustrating. A big design flaw. I won’t be able to use this anymore because if it. And, to make matters worse, the buckle hits just where his left elbow (front left leg) is when he walks/trots/runs. Disappointing.

I ordered a harness on 10/31/20. Received an e-mail that my order was shipped on 11/09/20 along with a DHL tracking number, which says it has been in transit since that day, it is now 11/18/20, still no harness or tracking information available. I have tried to call, but you cannot talk to a live person. Sent and e-mail, no response. Chatted with someone on-line, they said they put a rush on a response, still no response. I am beginning to think I have been ripped off and will be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute, because they promptly took my money. Very dissatisfied.

Bought three of these harnesses thinking they were the solution to our dogs pulling. Also wanted an alternative to a collar choking our dogs. These are bulky and poorly designed. Each of the harnesses fail to retain the underbelly strap fitting. They immediately loosen when worn. Ea h of our dogs gate the harness and have learned to back out of the harness so no control and security that the dog cannot get loose and able to run free. We have Beagles so this is the worst case scenario for us. Snd then there is the price. Poorly designed, uncomfortable for the dogs, poorly made and over-priced. Do not waist your money buying this item. You will likely not like it. Stay away.

My order has not even shipped yet and I tried to call someone to cancel. There are no live people to talk with you can only use the chat. They say they are unable to cancel and are going to make me wait till receive the product whenever that is since they sent me a text saying my order is on hold then have me go on the website to get a label and then return it to them. They do not do very good business. Very disappointed with the assistance I received:(

I reported a defect in a harness on July 26. I was told it was still under warranty. Since then, I have received nothing but excuses. I have been told that they were waiting on - the orders team - the delivery team - the warehouse team Their last communication, on October 11, gave me a USPS tracking number to show that the harness had been delivered. That tracking number was for the June 25 delivery of the defective harness, not the replacement! I told them this on October 12 and have heard nothing since.

Does not allow for me to give NO stars. Beware people of this Company. If you have problem with an order, they will purposely delay responding until the return policy date is passed. They will completely ignore you, you’ll never be able to make a live call with them, Better Business Bureau has tons of unresolved complaints. Letters to them from the State of California Dept of Justice goes unanswered. It’s sad to see a business misrepresent themselves and take people’s money away without resolve. 11/6/2020. I have emailed this company based on their response to this review. I will add to this post as events happen. 11/17/2020. To say this was an easy task would be an understatement, but they corrected the issue to my satisfaction. With this continued latter support, they could raise the stars as there would be less complaints.

I purchased 2 harnesses, sent one in for exchange it came in considerably smaller than original but I kept it for my smaller dog. I sent the other in for an exchange of color months ago! Still have not received my second harness that was fully paid. I have sent numerous e-mails, made contact on live chat and have had NO RESOLUTION!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>
