Do not buy from these people! Very slow to ship, no phone number for customer service, and drop ship from a warehouse on the other side of the country. When the buckle on the harness breaks they will not honor their warranty. Very poor business. On a positive note, the harness does go on easy and controls the dog, until the buckle breaks and the dog goes free possibly into traffic! Note: the harness is about 5 months old and it took about a month to get it, so I was able to use it for 4 months, well withing their alleged warrant period... Update: After Joyride made their post below, I did what they requested. Received an email that they would resolve the problem in 3-4 days, but still no more response from them, this is the same thing they have told me several times now. I suspect this is the normal way they conduct business. Do I expect them at this point to honor the warranty on their harness, quite honestly, no... Update: Well, it has been more than a week since my last update, no more contact with them, and they do not respond to my emails. Safe to guess at this point that my suspicion about them was correct. They are not an honest or honorable company to deal with. They take your money, take forever to deliver, do not honor their written guarantee, and do not offer decent customer service. Do not waste your money buying anything from these people... Update: They finally relented after many communications on my end and replaced the Harness! Unless you want to deal with the headaches when (not if) the harness latch fails, I suggest you use another source for your purchase!

Never ships. Won’t refund. Customer service is non existent. Just another internet scam.

The first harness the ring came off before I ever got to walk the dog the second one that they sent me tore and the dog took off running so I never got to walk him. I ended up letting him go.

Used harness for over a year. Plastic piece recently broke making it unusable. Their website says: The Last Dog Harness You'll Ever Have To Buy, Guaranteed! I contacted cust. service and they told me no replacement since this guarantee is "just a tagline" and customers should not rely on it. Very deceptive of just outright lie... My response: Read your own website... The guarantee has no limitations or qualifications...you really should honor it but clearly you'd rather lose customers than do the honorable thing...

I own a 23lb male Basenji named Zeke, we ordered him the Medium size and it fits perfect!! This is by far the best harness I have ever bought for him, i will be buying a backup!! Highly recommend!!!

I agree with the previous reviewers who question the legitimacy of this company. It IS impossible to reach someone via customer service. The 800 number is not hooked up - it simply refers you to the website. When I then try to reach customer service via the website, I receive a vague AI response. I was finally sent a USPS tracking number, which said that the company never supplied the product to them. When I informed the vague, unnamed email responder of this, I was told I could have a refund or a re-ship of the product. In good faith, I asked for the product. I placed my initial order -- and was charged for it -- on August 5th. Today is September 28th and I still have not received the product. I feel like a fool. I should have requested the refund. I discovered the product via a facebook ad and fear that I have fallen victim to a scam. And I was sincerely excited for my dog to try to the product. A huge disappointment. Perhaps those of us who have had this experience - and it appears to be many of us - should reach out to the BBB. Personally, will do so immediately.

CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN MY MONEY! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I'm sure they are gonna change their name again soon because of all the bad reviews. They are absolutely taking your money, charging you 500% of what the item is worth, and drop shipping it from china. That's why they are saying "we can't cancel orders". I asked to cancel my order the MOMENT it was placed and they took days to get back to me, saying they cannot cancel it. Don't do what I did!! Read the reviews BEFORE you buy. I'm going to dispute this charge with my bank, definitely.
