This company owns JoyRideHarness or renamed this online. It is a SCAM> Store closed and here is hundreds of BBB compliants and issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. 888 number is false, address is closed permanently. They blocked pp on their JoyRide FB page. Hopefully others will not be taken by their false business and charges. FB Joyride Harness. BBB compliants The Pug Life Store.

My dog pulls and this harness makes her pull even more. The belly strap is not made well as it loosens while you’re walking the dog! Half way down the block the harness is swimming on her and I have zero control. This harness is not what they say it is. If they fixed the belly strap so it wud stay in place once you’ve adjusted it, it might work as a great harness to stop dogs from pulling. But with the belly strap the way that it is. this harness is useless to me. I spoke to customer service and they sent me a video on how to tighten the belly strap, as if I didn’t know how to do that on my own. They wud not replace or refund the money and I feel like I got totally taken for a ride with Joyride. And not a good ride!!

The first time I used the harness it slipped off my dog and my dog ran away. They do not respond to my emails. I would 100% not recommend buying from this company.

THE REVIEWS THAT I HAVE SEEN ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. I WILL CANCEL THE PAYMENT TO THIS COMPANY ON THE CREDIT CARD FROM WHICH I ORDERED. THIS SEEMS TO BE A POTENTIAL SCAM. PEOPLES REVIEWS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS EITHER

The harness as advertised was easy to put on but the belly strap does not stay in place. The strap has a shiny surface which allows the tightening buckle to slide and get very loose. The top of the harness then slides to the dog's side. The only way to prevent it from sliding would be to pin it in place which isn't a great idea. Very glad I didn't buy two of them.

I ordered a joyride harness last night for my dog, size medium. Was honestly excited about it. But after purchasing it showed two harnesses saying one was a "special promo" for less but was a size XS. I contacted them within a minute of ordering and said they had an narrow window to modify or cancel. So I thought great this is pretty darn narrow and its 8 pm! So how could they not be able to fix it? They said they couldn't. They wouldn't exchange the size to a medium so I could at least get the right size, the wouldn't cancel the item, or even cancel the order and let me reorder. I paid for shipping on the items and was told to return I will have to pay 7.99 as well. They are scammers in my opinion and will not even find a single way to make it right. I went from excited to angry and will be shipping back both harnesses when they get here. worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Go to petsmart or Chewy if you want a decent retailer. UPDATE: In their remark they make it seem like we have not been emailing but we have for days. My issue is I did not even want a special promo harness. I had made it to the check out page and my amount was for one harness. When I finished it said I got two including one special promo in XS. They said they'd make it right and cancel it and then a few hours later said sorry it was sent out and have given ZERO responses of ways to fix it besides me paying 7.99 to send it back. Most of my shopping is done from small businesses and I love them because they always have the best customer service. I don't feel like a "number" that doesn't matter. That is not the case with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Christy, I am trying to find your email correspondence. We do have a small team and the turn around time is 24-48 hrs to answer emails. Can you please provide the order number or the email you used to place the order. We are happy to change the order for you. The special price doesn't just go on the XS. You would have had the option to change the size.

This harness does NOT work for dogs that pull hard and the velco piece at the chest area doesn’t make senese as I can see that weakening over time and the dog would be able to get loose. I have a medium size dog that pulls hard and this vest did not do anything different than a regular vest I was previously using. I finally found one I bought on Amazon that was cheaper and works. It has a latch on the chest area that controls him better. The Joyride harnesses needs to make improvements. Also, they charge you to return the product.

This is a scam company that never sends the product. You'll get this run-around as they direct you to different parts of customer service who advises of problems with shipping, Covid, packaging, USPS..whatever. DO NOT BUY.
