This place is a total scam. I too placed orders from this company. I emailed them to cancel and they sent me the biggest line of BS saying they couldn't. I told them that I'd already contacted an attorney and Consumer Protection and then they said they'd cancel the orders. Although I cancelled well within 72 hours, which was what I thought I was able to do, I was informed that I had 7 DAYS to do this. They immediately said they'd cancel them and get my refund going, but today I got two emails stating there was a delay in shipping. I've notified my credit card company, and I will be forwarding all of their insane emails. Don't give up. It's money I worked hard for doing honest work. And please, go to every place you can think of online and let others know before they get scammed too. If you got scammed, contact your state Consumer Protection Agency.

I would like to post an updated review on my experience with the Joyride Harness company. The company was very receptive to my issue and followed through and sent me a new harness to replace the one that broke. I thank them for their excellent customer service.

I have been dealing with this company for 2mths now. I have received multiple emails stating they have a delay on my order. I then received an email stating I hope I enjoyed the product I received- I wrote them and explained I couldn’t enjoy something I hadn’t received. They then proceeded to write me another two emails stating it was still in transit but should be receiving it soon. They even dared to attach a USPS tracking number- are you surprised there was no found information with that tracking number. I wrote them twice now telling them that they truly have scammed me of my money that I work hard for, which lets be real, we all do, especially in the times of a pandemic. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by how this company has dealt with its customer service and distribution of product.

Theses reviews are all correct about shoddy products. The leashes are the only products we had not had issues. Collars identification plate fell off and harnesses will not stay taut.

Do not buy, it took almost three months for them to arrive After threatening I would go public they finally sent me my order then every one of the harnesses were flaw, They use the strap on the harness that is smooth it loosens off my dogs, my dogs have gotten out of the harnesses multiple times I bought five of them I offered to return them for a refund they told me that they cannot give me a refund even though the warranty is for year it had to be a Amazon card and still I was not given the amount for the full price, I have emails to back Everything I say when I called tried to contact them they said they cannot help they can only take orders what a total nightmare do not buy they are a rip off and the harnesses are cheap I bought one from Groupon for $11 and it was so much better.

Oh boy. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, have not received products yet. Recieved conflicting emails, but no real answer as to what is happening. I will be calling credit card company today to initiate cancellation. Order #729592.

I do not recommend this product or company. Pros: Slips on and off easily. Cons: Way overpriced. Have to pay for shipping. Shipping delays blamed on "COVID" and had confusing emails exchanges with CS. Has three d clips but only the top middle can be used as the harness slips sideways when it should be secure on the dog. Return policy is ridiculous - they charge more to return it then to ship it and state if there is any dog hair it will not be accepted - so - no true way to return it without risk of not getting your money back. I've tried a lot of harnesses as my dog is very small and its hard to find one that is comfortable and sized correctly and this harness is a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Pros: Lightweight, very easy to put on. Looks like it will hold up well. Cons: Thin strap fits too high on chest, occasionally choking my 20 lb dog. Nylon strap too slick; I have to readjust it every time I put it on. Customer support way too slow to blame on pandemic. Had to return one of two for exchange. Said to print out postage paid label, but web site failed and I had to pay my own postage. Long delayed email responses always vague.
