What a lifesaver! I rescued a dog from a hoarding situation. I had to buy a slow feeder bowl to keep her from wolfing down food and throwing up.Also she wasn’t used to walking and pulled on her collar. I was afraid of damaging her trachea.She is very stubborn.With the harness, there is no pressure on her neck and I can redirect with the handle when necessary. It is also incredibly easy to put on and take off! I love it! She is a three year old Shitzu /pug mix.Only 15 lbs. The small is a little big on her but I‘m sure she‘ll put on some weight.Many thanks from Deb and Millie!

*Edit: I spoke with a customer service rep, and they agreed to accept the harness for return-without the original tags. The return shipping is roughly $7. I’ll update with more info after I send it back. I’m glad they seem willing to work with me. This harness cost more than I would normally spend, but it said “no pull” and it was the best harness “guaranteed.” My terrier is 11 pounds, and she pulls. When I walked her today with the harness, she choked herself so severely, I am genuinely concerned about possible damage to her trachea. It’s been hours since our walk and she is still obviously affected by the pressure from the harness. I’m a licensed veterinary technician, and I would not recommend this harness for small dogs that pull-tracheal collapse is a serious condition, and I feel terrible that I trusted this company, and their product affected my baby so negatively. It’s also not a sizing issue, as I used her weight, in addition to her measurements. The buckle and straps are enormous. The harness has been used once-and will never be used again, but I can’t return it, because I didn’t leave the hang tag on “the last harness I would ever need-guaranteed.”

I ordered a harness for my Great Dane on May 15th. Even paid for expedited shipping because I was moving. I got the order in on the 20th. When I got home the package that arrived was 2 Velcro patches for a service dog vest not the harness. And the tracking they sent showed delivered. So I know that’s what came vs. the harness. No big deal right? Warehouses sometimes pick the wrong items. So I called...or attempted and had to use their chat. The girl told me it would be 48 hours for them to review the situation and they would get back to me. Well here we are June 1st and nothing. I contacted them again today and again you have to use their chat feature and the guy gave me a generic “we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours”. This is fraudulent what they are doing. All I want is the harness I ordered or refund my money. My next call is to the States Attorney General and the BBB.

My 12 year old Pickenese Sophie passed recently. We have since purchased 2 male Cavalier Saint Charles Spaniel puppies we named Bo & Ty. I have just purchased the Joyride harness size Small and another seat belt strap so I could get the same one I already have from Sophie so both boys will have the same design harness. I really like the Joyride harness and never even thought of buying any other. It will be a while before the boys can fit into them but I really like the Joyride.

Great harness, VERY well made but...... The small harness has the same size belly strap and buckle as the extra large. It dug into the armpits of my 13 and 15 pound dog no matter how I adjusted it. They charged me $7.95 to return and I think they are also going to charge me a "restocking fee". It you have a large dog this will work, but if you have a small or medium dog your going to have the same issue I did. UPDATE: The company was true to their word and gave me a full refund. Like I said, this is a very well made and sturdy harness and now that you have the clip and strap sizes you can make an informed decision about what will be right for your dog.

This is the easiest harness to put on and off our dogs. I've had our first harness for 2 yrs and it still looks new. Now that we have 2 more puppies that's the only harness we will use.

Joyride Harness look great, are very durable and even better, are very secure!! Took it for my dog when we went camping. Held up great! Only harness we use now!!

Update on the Joyride/Puglife Harness problems. Seems that their 'shipping partner' is "JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC' which is a Chinese forwarding company which works directly with the post office to deliver international packages from China to the USA. Joyride may say they're in California, but your harness is coming from China which is why it is going to take so long and you get the run around when you start asking where your package is. They prey on customers with their "giving back..." and "family business" front, meanwhile what you've really got is a Chinese company using a USA home address as a front. Just Google "JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC" and you can get all the facts in just a click.
