Joyous support is IMPROVING!
UPDATE: I wrote the original review 3 months ago (January 2023). When companies make efforts to improve their services, in all fairness, they deserve to be acknowledged for this. When they support us, we will support them. That's the whole point. Their customer support seems to be speeding up in their responses. On average, in my case at least, usually less than 24 hours. Hopefully others are experiencing this also. For those that have been with them for a while, they are now offering weekly check-ins (their automated texting system) rather than daily, so less intrusive. They are keeping better track of your supply through your weekly check-ins, and when you are low enough, they ask if you would like them to automatically fill your next order when it's time. I no longer have had to email them requesting a refill. The past couple refills have come automatically and on-time. I have not ran out again. Since my original review, I have introduced Joyous to my son, who is also now a customer and is doing well on ketamine with improvements in his mood and anxiety, with no side effects. Hopefully they will keep on improving and I will continue to update my review. I think they are really trying, so it truly is a win-win, because their prices cannot be beat by any other online service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ketamine has helped me so much. But I can no longer endorse Joyous unless they make some big changes to their customer service. When I first started a few months ago, they were very responsive, usually within hours. But that is no longer the case. I've spent the past 10 days trying to reach them through email, messages and texts regarding my account and prescription. This is the only way to communicate with them, as they do not accept phone calls. This is not an isolated issue or a misunderstanding. Countless customers are now complaining through multiple online social platforms that their customer service continues to get worse as many cannot reach them at all. So it does not give me much confidence things will improve any time soon. As much as ketamine has helped with my anxiety, the company that is supposed to be helping has actually made my anxiety worse this past week. Everyday I worry... Are they ever going to get back to me? What do I do if they don't? Are they going to get my refill here on time? If I complain, or write a bad review, are they going to stop my medication and cancel me out of spite? The truth is, I've been worried sick about it. I do not understand how this is acceptable for any company, let alone a company that specializes in mental health. I did not want to have to come to a point where my only option was to write a poor review, but there is no other way to hold them accountable, because they cannot be reached. I'm really very sad about this. Almost embarrassed based on the number of people I have bragged to about Joyous, begging them to sign up, both in person and online. Hopefully they will start listening to the outpouring of frustration their customers are sharing on Facebook, Trustpilot and Reddit, because it speaks volumes. I don't know how they continue to ignore it, but it's only a matter of time before the damage to their reputation will be irreparable. I actually hope that won't be the case, but that's on them.
