I appreciate Joyous for taking care of me at a very affordable price. Compared with other at home ketamine providers, they are the most affordable IMHO. Now, I do admit the response time for Care Team has been extended at times and I can understand that they have many many more patients now that they are growing as a company and providers of the most affordable VLD Ketamine Treatment however I also know for a fact that there are ALOT of people who may be suffering and having their depression and anxiety increased when having to deal with long wait times and or billing issues. I get it. Im not going to make excuses for JOYOUS however I have been on This treatment since last October and while I started at 15mg I am now at 120mg per dose (of which approximately 10-17% is actually absorbed) I know it takes time and is not a “rapid acting effect” however once the medication slowly build in the patients system, and the patient does their part to avoid triggers, get enough sleep, listen to positive affirmations (youtube is great for this) the medication works better when these things are done. I am adding this to my review in hopes others see this and try it themselves. We have to advocate for our own personal mental wellness! I wish everyone who has or is suffering from depression and anxiety to try the things I mentioned and try to be patient with a company that is growing and may just be overwhelmed with new patients right now. Ive had a billing issue once but they did take care of it for me. I wasnt going to let a small detail get to me and affect me negatively. It normally would have bit I did my best not to let it. We can get better! Best wishes to everyone out there suffering. Hang in there. Change your thought responses. Be the best person you can be. What I started doing too… is during my nightly treatment, I imagine I am cured and I feel as if that also helps put me in a more + frame of mind in the morning. Stay blessed everyone.

So far so good! Noticed a pretty big difference in how easy it is for me to get to sleep nowadays without the constant intrusive thoughts clogging my brain. As far as anti depression goes I say give it as much time as it may need. Everyone is different and so is the dose that will help your brain. Joyous rocks if you work with them to help you.

Here's my experience with Joyous. My initial interview went well and received my first pack right away. However, the treatment they claimed that it worked right away did not. I texted them at the end of January and told them to stop sending their product which they did but was charged a double payment of $258 and no medication was sent. I repeated my text message to them with no response so I contacted my bank. They did an investigation and I was awarded my $258 back to my account and had to have a new debit card issued to me. Since then I have received three emails in March telling me that they have tried to charge my account for the next refill of $129.( keep in mind that they have sent no refills since they charged me $258 ). Thank goodness that I have a new card and they cannot charge me anymore. Please beware people!! Don't let them take you for a ride like they took me.
