Our follow-up provider appointments are meant to be supportive and helpful throughout treatment, and we're sorry your provider did not meet those expectations. We've shared your feedback with your provider to address these issues. We also strive to make cancelations as easy and helpful as possible, starting with texting or emailing our Care Team requesting to cancel. The off-boarding form helps your provider understand your experience and provide guidance for stopping medication. We have escalated your reviews to our team to investigate ASAP and will reach out directly to help resolve the situation. As a Public Benefit Corporation, we truly try to make decisions based on what is best for our patients, not based on profit or "the bottom line".
