PA that held initial screening call was egotistical. She insisted I should have known questions that I had and should have done more research prior to our call. Why is she there if not to answer my questions. At one point on call I misspoke and said "edible" and again she was egotistical about the fact that I use that word. Customer service is a big fail at this company.

I will say I see the business model; sell very low microdoses at high prices and it is lucrative. But that said, I love Joyous. My FNP prescriber is AMAZING. I've been on 120mg for about 5 months now. It's very empowering to have the medicine be accessible. The meditations help me build new neural pathways, and I am grateful. Not cheap but worth it.
