Before you sign up with Joyous - understand that they will bill you every month and continue to bill you every month regardless if they are sending you your monthly prescription of Ketamine. I received my last order in March and then was billed in April (no order) and then I have multiple attempts on my credit card after I stated this wasn't right and inquiring as to where my shipment was where they kept trying to bill me. I felt it was deceitful and when I spoke to someone at the start, this was not made clear.

Found the medication did not work for me in the first month. Joyous refuses to let me cancel and continues to bill me without sending any medication or giving me any support. ABSOLUTE THIEVES. The last virtual appointment I had they were rude and pretty much told me too bad so sad. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.

If I could give this a negative, I would. Customer service doesn't exist just one sided. You will be charged monthly whether you get medication or not. I didn't get medication for a month and I was not helped, at all. No return or more meds. Without meds, they don't have a service. They will blow up your phone with questions which they consider to be a SERVICE. Automated, how is that a service? There is no human behind it. MORE Importantly, daily doses inspire ADDICTION. Which is what their "medics" recommend. Check outside of Joyeous to find that out. Once or 2x a week could do some good, temporarily.

This program has literally saved my life I'm looking to write an article about it in The Journal of Emergency Medicine, I think many more first responders with PTSD could benefit from it.

Poor, or no, communication with support. Unable to answer simple questions and did not explain the process well. Required to setup 3+ appointments before even starting, during which they ghost you.

Have been with Joyous for a year now and they are great. The system works and I have seen improvements.
