My first visit to the new Jersey Mikes in Lapeer, Michigan was not a good one. the service was good but it seems that it would have been cheaper to just buy a head of lettuce and a loaf of bread. There was limited toppings to choose from and there wasn't a lot of meat in my sub. I think I paid over $15.00 for a sub bun with over flowing lettuce. I'll never go back.

The workers were rude. The sandwich was made wrong and tasted like crap. One worker had a bullring nose piercing that she kept playing with as she was making sandwiches. Will not be coming back.

Was very disappointed with my sub. I love the subs from Jersey Mike’s usually. Had ordered the California sub and there was no avocado in it which is why I love the California sub.

I went there and there was a nasty old roach in my food but that wasn’t even the worst part the manger was so hideous I threw up

I felt very uncomfortable as I watched a lady verbally make a racist attack an employee while the manager as if a bystander watched and cackled in the back! This was horrible the language was abhorrent and the entire experience after that was soured. I would not return even if paid

April 2, 2022--My first visit to Jersey Mike's. I called in an order, at the time I walked in the manager and an employee were arguing right where they make the subs. I spoke up and told them they were being disrespectable, and they should be in the office if they had a problem. When I got home my boyfriend and myself were having a problem with the subs being dry and the bread was very tough to eat. I had to add swiss cheese to my sub. They were tired and had been very busy. That was no reason for them to act out in public.

I ordered 3 subs from the RapidCity store with door dash. The subs were supposed to be delivered by 6:00 pm. At 6:30 I had to go pickup the subs at the store because door dash did not show up. Jersey Mikes would not refund the delivery fee because they said they have nothing to do with door dash (lie) . None of the sandwiches were right either.
