Jersey Mike's in Vernon used to be good. The past 3 times I got a tuna grinder, the tuna was too wet. Nobody wants a soggy butt tuna grinder. The price is high too. I told the worker nicely about the change in quality in being too wet. She made it seem like it has always been made the same and I was wrong. She was annoyed with me. So, I can no longer enjoy a high end price tuna grinder once in awhile because it feels abd tastes too watery. When I told her I expected her to say that she would let the owner know at least and be kind. That's how you treat customers instead she was holding her anger but it was obvious she felt insulted.

I love jersey mikes normally but this time was not the best experience. I did a mobile order and went to the store to pick it up. The store didn’t have any customers and the order was still not ready when I arrived. It was ordered 15 minutes before I got there and I still had to wait almost an additional 15 minutes. This location specifically not the best.

Used to be a loyal customer as well as enjoyed their in-app sports games to earn points. Well, they decided to go cheap and not give out points this year for the NFL prediction game. So, what is the point and why bother?!?! It was only fun to play these games like the NHL game earned points. No more. Company has gone cheap, so no longer going to be loyal.

I went to Jersey Mikes on Chapman Ave in Orange. I go to this store at least twice a week. Tonight I got the worst sandwich i ever had there. There was so little meat on the sandwich I was shocked. I mentioned it to the woman who was making sandwich. She says the sandwich was fine as she weighed the meat. I watched her make the sandwich and she did NOT weigh anything. It was the skimpiest sandwich I’ve had from there. The woman was rude. She lied right to my face. I don’t mind paying their prices because they normally make a good sandwich but not tonight. There are only kids working in this store. No maturity whatsoever so ever. I will think twice before going back here.

Very deceiving, they stack these subs on the commercial with deli meat. At the store on Altamont Avenue Schenectady dont put any substantial amount of meat on their subs, these are $20. My first visit was great after that I was ASHAMED I bragged about them 👎👎👎

bread hard, salty, and horrible mayonnaise...wanted to try first and last time, prices outrageous...I usually save half for later in day but this was so soggy it soaked up the wrapper to point of falling apart so made a huge lettuce mess in frig when I picked it up and was dripping. Was it the mayo dripping and soggy? Nope, will not be back.

It seems every time I order online from jersey mikes my order is messed up!! I guess IF I order from them again I’ll have to go in and watch like I’m babysitting!!

Continue to disappoint on service and food. Two times in a row we order for delivery and missing ingredients again. Got giant #31 missing everything except the chicken. Where is the lettuce tomato and mayo? The previous time #17 no peppers and was given a ungodly amount of peppers. This place has gone down hill in the past month or two. The amount we pay for the subs and they are made incorrectly is unacceptable. The excuse....we are a little busy with a new person on the grill..... bull. How can you miss the ingredients that are supposed to be on a sub with no modifications and not to add one item? Disappointed that this has made us timid to even order again. Westminster Maryland off MD-140 is the location.
