On the evening of Oct 17, I visited the Jersey Mike's at 1528 East Brandon Blvd at, expecting the same courteous service any customer should receive. Instead, I experienced an extremely disappointing and disrespectful encounter. When I entered, one couple was waiting in line to order, and another man and young boy were waiting for their food. A young man was working the grill. After waiting several minutes, a female employee came out from behind the counter and took the couple's order. I have mobility limitations as a disabled veteran, so I sat down while waiting for my turn. When the couple finished and left, I approached the counter to place my order. Another woman had entered after me and was standing at the counter. Rather than acknowledging me or asking who was next, the employee looked directly at the woman who had arrived after me and took her order instead. By this point, two men were working in the kitchen, yet no one offered assistance or even acknowledged me. When I asked the female employee why she had ignored me, she refused to acknowledge my presence and refused to serve me. I was given no reasonable explanation for this treatment. I understand that restaurants get busy, and I am perfectly willing to wait my turn. What I am not willing to accept is being deliberately overlooked, treated dismissively, and denied service without explanation. As a disabled veteran, I found this experience particularly upsetting. Customers should not have to stand continuously to be recognized, nor should they have to plead for the basic courtesy of being acknowledged and served. Jersey Mike's promotes a customer-service experience, but that was certainly not what I received tonight. I hope corporate management investigates this incident and addresses the employee's conduct. No customer should leave a restaurant feeling that they were deliberately disrespected and denied service for no apparent reason.

I placed an order through their app over the weekend. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't even get into the parking lot—I don't know what the problem was—so I returned home without the order I had already paid for. I couldn't even file a complaint via the app, which is terrible to begin with. I ended up not getting the product I paid for; I have never seen a worse app or website. You can't even submit a complaint; the page for it is just there for show. You simply cannot proceed... Is no one aware of this?

Private Equity killed this brand, the sandwiches get smaller each year yet the prices rise. Plus the quality is now on par with your average Subway. Save your money, this place blows.

I'm from New Jersey, where hoagies and (in N. Jersey) subs are prevalent as a quick, filling, and delicious item for any time of day. I heard positive things from out-of-state friends and in 2025 decided to check them out. I thought my visit was possibly atypical, so went again in 2026. Same results: Staff rather bored, slow moving. Bread, an essential part of a hoagie, was stale. Fillings just average in quality and quantity. But the real thing that bugged me was the price. Ridiculously high for something that was similar to what one might find in a pre-made supermarket item. I'm done.

I had 30 minutes for lunch. I went in there to have lunch. I ordered a sandwich grabbed a bag of chips. She gave me a cup. I paid for everything $17 plus change sat down with a cup of iced tea and never got my sandwich. Six people came in and out ordered. Got their stuff left. I kept turning around looking at the girls wondering where my lunch was. After 20 minutes one of them asked me what I was waiting for. I almost hit the roof. I explained I am waiting for my lunch my sandwich. She had a stupid look on her face and asked me what I had ordered. I asked her if she was kidding me. I told her what I ordered. I waited 5 more minutes. Never got my sandwich. I stood up in a loud voice and said I don't know what the f is going on in here but I'm leaving and I will not be back. They didn't take the charge off my credit card. They were happy to steal my $17. I highly recommend that no one ever steps foot inside that place

Zero stars I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at the Jersey Mike’s on Newtown Road in Danbury. The first time I visited, the staff were incredibly discourteous. They acted annoyed that I was even there, and the entire interaction felt unpleasant and unwelcoming. Today was even worse. I ordered a sandwich and found multiple hairs in my food — not just one, but a bunch of them. It was absolutely disgusting. Finding one hair in food would already be unacceptable, but finding multiple hairs throughout my sandwich is beyond disturbing. I expect basic courtesy from staff, but more importantly, I expect food to be prepared in a clean and sanitary environment. This experience completely ruined my meal and has made me lose confidence in this location. I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike’s. Management seriously needs to address both the customer service and the food-handling standards at this location.

Their food is nasty. I don't understand how they're still in business, except for people who enjoy eating nasty food who are willing to eat Jersey Mike's trash. Subway and Jimmy John's will always top stank azz Jersey Mike's nasty food. Jersey Mike can take his stank azz food back to Jersey. Not worth the money. Nasty. Wouldn't feed it to a dog. Gross.
