pretty dope subs

I'm giving two stars because the sandwiches (when made to order) are pretty good. Service on the other hand...not so much. I made a $30 order online, a very specific order. My teenager went to pick up the sandwiches and the person making sandwiches told my daughter she really didn't know how to use the online forms, so made them like they usually do. She laughed it off. My daughter didn't know the specific order, so took what she was given. We did not get what we ordered. I called the store and spoke with the supervisor on duty. She apologized and said she would keep a receipt on the wall and I could come back and they'd gladly repeat the order correctly. I asked if I needed a code or number or name and she said I didn't that she took my name, put it on the receipt and I just needed to come in to order. I went back a few weeks later. The manager accused me of making up the story, would not honor the word of the other manager and told me there was nothing she could do. I showed her the receipt and she said she didn't have anything to indicate they owed me a $30 order, and besides, the manager that was on duty then isn't employed at that store any longer. My kids enjoy their sandwiches, but after these experiences, we will not return as customers. I've let my friends, family and neighbors know of their terrible disrespect for their customers. I would think applying the "customer is always right" service rule would be an easy answer to keep a loyal customer and protect their service reputation. I suppose it is no surprise Subway often has a line out the door and Jersey Mikes stays empty.

I love subs and normally have had a good experience with Jersey Mikes but I asked for a just a plain steak sub with NO CHEESE for my girl. We got home and there was cheese! My girl wasn't happy and needless to say a hungry girl is an angry girl. Bad night!

Had a great experience ordering sandwiches for an office event recently. Maggie in the Radnor location was so helpful in deciding what to order, how much is needed and every other detail. My office loved the sandwiches and I would not hesitate to order from Jersey Mike's again.

Delicious!!! Today on Saturday, September 10, 2016, Jose Jordan and Howard Paul Shore, That Is ME were deciding on where to eat for Lunch. Jose did Not have a lot of time since he needed to head back to Orange County and so I decided that we head over to Jersey Mike's Subs located at: 4114 Sepulveda Boulevard, Culver City, California 90230. It was actually our first time ever trying out Jersey Mike's Subs and the Service that we received was Outstanding and the Taste was Exceptionally Tasteful, Overpleasing and Memorable. They are quite a change from Subway and without putting down any other competitor, I would just like to say that we both enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs and would definitely recommend it to anybody searching for Great Tasting Subs Made Only With Fresh Ingredients Prepared Right In Front Of Your Eyes.
