I love it my first time going he was amazing that had everyone gave me everyone that I wanted didn’t get it wrong and just great staff work and keeping things under control

I really like their sandwiches, but they don't claim their app. So don't order from their app. It has their name on it. It's a third party app, so anyone can do whatever with the app. So when someone comes into their store the delivery items are on the counter they don't check who picks up what so your orders get stolen.

Very little tuna on sub. The sub did not have the toppings that I chose. Very disappointed.

The Memphis locations are garbage. The food is normally pretty good, IF you actually get it. As it stands with various delivery apps half the time your order is canceled after waiting nearly half an hour or they just don’t receive the food to deliver. Not to mention it takes them well over 20 minutes to make a sandwich. I’ve worked in food, at no restaurant I’ve ever been in, is 20 minutes acceptable short of there being a line out the door. The only reason I bother trying to eat here still is the fact it’s the only place I can order a particular sandwich I enjoy for delivery or convert a sandwich to a wrap.

Lake Havasu Jersey Mikes delivers consistent friendly customer service. Sandwiches are always fresh and prepared to your request. For a sandwich shop to have you leave with a smile on your face is a satisfying experience, they do it right.

I have been to a few Jersey Mike's, Latham, East Greenbush and Wolf Rd. While the food is great the people working at Wolf Rd. in Albany are just miserable. Very nasty to customers, you can't even make a minor request without nasty faces and today nasty remarks between the two workers. East Greenbush is wonderful, Latham is good but stay away from Wolf Rd, they are just rude and nasty.

My sister, baby O'Malley and I visited the Latham New York location of Jersey Mike's. It was a great experience Kia one of the employees has an amazing outgoing very professional personality. There's good lighting from the glass windows but her personality definitely makes the room brighter. Calvin was making sure the area was clean working hard very professional. Gideon the third employee was handling the sandwich making and attending to other customers again very professional I give them five stars because they all deserve it!!! Thank you Jersey Mike's!!!

I paid $24.00 for a salad sandwich. Very disappointing. I ordered ham and cheese.
